Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered four 6 inch subs on door dash. Paid $72 for mostly bread. Very little meat. Very disappointed.

Subs are good but service is lacking. Almost pointless to order online as the last few times it wasn't ready and walk in orders were done before my online order was. Hopefully service improves.

I placed a mobile order and when we got there my hot Philly cheesesteak was sitting there. The other 2 cold subs boy made yet. My Hot sub was all wrapped up getting soggy while we waited.
What’s the point of ordering ahead if the order can’t be done in a timely fashion.

My favorite place for subs. Always has been, ♥️ tonight whomever made my sandwich made it so good with perfect ingredient ratios, I swear all subs forever will suck in comparison. Thank you whomever you are.

There prices for a couple of subs is like a dinner it's way to pricey.
The food is fresh, but I think they should offer more deals and lower their price. I'd rather eat at a fancy restaurant and dine out with those prices,

SUPER SLOW, not enough staff

Their subs are very tasty and the ham is beautiful. However, being from the Philadelphia area where subs are called hoagies and where you never get a bad one, I have a problem with the way they cut their bread. It should always be cut open but left as one piece like a hot dog bun and laid down as one piece. Never should the roll be sliced all the way through. Even Publix knows this. When I mentioned it to the staff they just looked at me like they had no idea what I meant. Then they cut my hoagie in four pieces. Why? They need to listen to the customer whose paying $17 for a sandwich.

A couple of weeks ago I had a really rude younger lady almost scoff at needing to take multiple items off of a few sandwiches for allergy purposes. She did mark to have those items removed it just seemed as if it was a chore for her. Don't normally comment, but I went to come here today and changed my mind because of this. Thanks, Julie.

DISAPPOINTED. I paid Full Price for two Giant Subs on the Friday Special because I used the app to order my subs. I really like Jersey Mike Subs, but I was disappointed when I used the app to order the Friday Giant Sub Special. I did NOT GET THE DISCOUNT AND I waited for nearly an hour. The APP explicitly stated discount would be applied at the store. This was certainly not the case, since I paid the FULL PRICE for both Giant Subs.

This has become my favorite lunch spot. Their subs are always fresh and are even better than Publix in my opinion. The parking can be rough but that’s not Jersey Mike’s fault.

I had Jersey Mike’s catered for a lunch and learn and they did an incredible job! The individual boxed lunches were a hit with the team and I was impressed with the level of service from ordering to delivery! Thank you to Daniel for coordinating everything!

Just made a call in order lady was just talking over me the whole time not even listening to what I wanted on my sub, then I got my subs and they were made completely wrong. Don’t ever call up and order ahead unless your okay with them making with no care and wrong. Can’t get any good service these days absolutely ridiculous
