Chicken Philly is very cheap with barely any meat on it and has gotten worse and worse very visit.. never go there again

Kindness is free, and not cutting a sandwich cost nothing.I finally had to post a review in hopes that maybe if enough people speak up then things might change. Simple request such as don’t cut my sandwich please gets met with “I just did” picking your own cheese is met with snarky remarks. If the order is wrong you are told that is how it’s made. No accountability at all. In over 5 years of being a customer I will say if I eat Jersey Mikes I will go to the Flagler Beach location and highly recommend them because there they put the customer 1st. Island walk the Manager is the problem so you won’t get any help. There is a guy there that is good but definitely need new Management.

My family and I are from Michigan and just spent a week in Orlando to go to Walt Disney World and Sea World and driving to Myrtle Beach for another week of relaxing when we stopped by the Jersey Mike’s in Palm Coast Florida for lunch. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff who took our order and happily cut our footlong club in four pieces and then added the topping as each of us had different topping requirements. The staff was very personable asking us about our Disney shirts which led to an explanation of our vacation plans. As we were eating the song YMCA came on and we couldn’t help to sing along and that’s when Kota began singing with us. Amanda was also very nice giving us well wishes on our travels. We always get Jersey Mike’s in Michigan and having been to many different locations, we are always treated as special guests and wanted to share our specific visit in Florida and call out others in our hometown of Grand Blanc Michigan. Keep up the good service and food!

I ordered a regular chicken bacon ranch sub last night. It was not only delicious but so filling that I could only eat half! The service was great and the staff was very pleasant and efficient.

Any way we could get a Jersey Mikes on palm coast parkway up by Home Depot? Another store Needs to be closer to Belle Tear parkway for convenience.

Hard to beat a Jersey Mike's sub. That'd to find a good Tuna sub anymore but they nailed it. They make a great cheesesteak too. Makes me hungry just thinking about one.

Eli is a gem for this company everytime I come in he makes sure he goes above and beyond for the customer and the company, I can say enough about how great this kid is, but keep up the great work I'm sure it'll pay off !! Go Eli!

Heather the Manager , is very rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone eat here or work here at all . I’ve had many bad experiences at this Jersey mikes so I prefer going to different locations . I don’t know how someone like that can be promoted to manager.

We absolutely love coming to Jersey Mike’s, especially on beach days—it’s become a tradition for us! The staff at the Palm Coast location is always kind, welcoming, and creates such a positive vibe. Today was extra special as it’s my birthday, and I had been looking forward to my birthday sandwich all year! ( please never discontinue this perk, we love it!)

Unfortunately, I had some issues with the app and my birthday reward wasn’t showing up, which was honestly pretty upsetting. But Eli totally saved the day! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. Even remembered my son’s sandwich order, that’s is beyond great service. I can’t thank him enough for turning things around and making my birthday feel special.

Huge shoutout to Eli and the entire team at Jersey Mike’s—you guys made my day!!! This is hands-down one of the best ways I could’ve celebrated. Thank you SO MUCH again!

Ordered four 6 inch subs on door dash. Paid $72 for mostly bread. Very little meat. Very disappointed.
