I placed a catering order. I did it online and customized my order. I specified, no condiments and switched up the sandwiches that are part of the standard catering package. My order was over $100.
Upon reviewing it, I discovered all my customization had been ignored. I received nothing I ordered and my sandwiches were covered in condiments. I couldn’t do anything about it as I was hosting a party within the hour.
I did reach out to them via their “contact us” on their website, letting them know what had occurred. They never reached out to me.
So disappointing!
We still buy JJ’s, just not this location.

Just stopped by here for the first time me & my gf shared a chicken ceaser wrap,2 cookies & a dr pepper, mgr & employee was really nice, explained the top 4 subs , not a bad price & its next door to my gfs therapy so worked out perfect, will def come here again

I love Jimmy John's. They're quick. Everything there it's fresh, My only wish that they will have a better weed bread 🍞 and Cut the bread a little thicker so that it doesn't crumble in your hands while eating Ty guys

I had some time in between two of my classes today, and BOY was I HUNGRY!!! I felt like I could eat the corpses of the entire nation of LAOS and STILL have room for more! I ordered some Jimmy John's, and they were FREAKY FAST! My order got here in under 20 MINUTES! EGADS!!! People would have thought I was HOMELESS & STARVING the way I absolutely CHOWED DOWN on that MEATY 8-INCH SUB! That thang FILLED ME!!! I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS!!!!!! JIMMY JOHNS!!!!!!!! JIMMY JOHNS!!!!!!!!!!

Feeding America one sandwich at s time. I've been a fan of Jimmy Johns ever since my undergrad days at Michigan State University. Moved to the coast and now consider myself a "superfan". I don't like cheese (there, I said it). Other establishments have great difficulty with thr phrase," no cheese please" but not thr crew at JJ's. In fact my lovley girl and I often order a sandwich together with different items on each half! No trickin the crew at Jimmy Johns! Look no further for your sandwich stop. Jimmy Johns is the go to for service.and AWESOME sandwiches.
