Kendall's Bagels & More

This happened on June 29, 2025. This place does not keep their word and they were also rude to my wife when she called them. This is the conversation I had with them when I text them. Hi. My wife sue came in yesterday she called in an order of 2 bagels 1 with bacon and 1 with Taylor ham on different bagels and they mixed it up. I didn’t notice I ate my bagel but it had bacon and she doesn’t eat Taylor ham. We live on the other side of town in the r section so she wasn’t driving all the way back there. She call to complain and the girl that answered the phone said was come back and we will change it for you. It’s not worth driving all the way back there all she wanted was a credit and the girl said no. She comes there all the time but now you lost a customer. This was their response. First let me start out by saying I am very very sorry for this inconvenience. We do not wish any inconvenience on our customers!
I also apologize for the confusion in my training with my staff on how to handle customer complaints I will most definitely be addressing this right away.
As a token on my apologies I will personally write your name down and have a 100% discount on your next order because that is what we are supposed to be doing. I hope you accept my apology and I am very very sorry for this misunderstanding. In the future please ask for Lindsay or Kim and we will take care of you right away.

And today, July 12, 2025 they went back on their word and they were rude to my wife on the phone never go back to this place again. I was going between knuckle sandwich and Kendall’s to keep the businesses going but now I’ll just stick with knuckle sandwich.

I walked in and stood at the counter ready to place my order. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored while the staff carried on a conversation—both the front counter employee and someone from the kitchen. After a couple of minutes, another customer walked in and was immediately helped, while I was still left waiting with no acknowledgment. The lack of courtesy and communication was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Definitely not my best experience at this establishment. My office and I’ll be passing on this place in the future. Best of luck with your business.

Wonderful place to eat at and clean bathrooms and great staff

Everything I've tried from here has been delicious!

Very disappointing. This shop does not have NY bagels. Their bagels are simply white bread with seasonings on top. We toasted one at home and it was like eating a hamburger bun. On top of that, the older woman behind the order area/cash register was very curt and brusque. Won't go back.

Great bagels and cream cheese flavors.

Veggie cream cheese tasted sour. Expensive garbage meal. To far to drive back for refund. Usually the bagels are really good.

Best egg sandwiches in town.

We ordered eggs, bacon and potatoes. The potatoes had a smoked brunt taste to it, but what bothered me the most is watching them pick up bagels without gloves, older gentlemen blowing his nose, then wipe said nose with hand and didn't wash his hands (he was by the sink!) and walked by the hand sanitizer and didn't use it! Big health violation, makes you wonder what goes on in the kitchen.......

First and probably last time going there. Ordered a bagel with lox schmear. Received a bagel w/cream cheese only. Returned it and was replaced with lox schmear. No lox in the "lox" schmear. Maybe their hot food is better.

The bagels were small and sandwich was cold. Staff wasn't too friendly either

The older lady who’s taking orders has no personality at all. Cannot even say good morning to customers. Mean lady!!!
