I've visited here a few times for breakfast. I must admit the breakfast is good. No complaints. The items are freshly made to order. The atmosphere is cozy. Each time customer service was excellent. The pancakes are definitely good & fluffy. I would definitely be coming back in the future perhaps to their lunch menu. It wasn't 2 crowded but worth the wait. Prices are reasonable.

Service was OK. Food was edible but nothing to highly recommend to friends/family. I just couldn't get past how dirty the place was. Most unused tables weren't wiped, leaving you the customer to do it for them. The floors were dirty and desperately in need of a mop (We were there around 10 am on a Saturday). We were looking for a place closer than Einstein but just weren't impressed. Bagel sandwich was unsubstantial and just kind of eh tasting. Muffins are obviously not freshly made or made in house and tasted of chemicals. Black and white cookie also was also obviously not freshly made and also tasted of chemicals. The inside is nice.
