Okay, it's been a couple years since I've visited KFC, but this one in particular is just yuk. Or maybe they changed their recipe, or maybe the chicken was left over from last night and reheated. I dunno, but this KFC or maybe just KFC in general needs to give up and rebrand and reopen using a new model. I won't go in to the mistakes with my order... Stay away, you'll be disappointed.

Old Kings Road locati. I visit this location on a regular basis after church for takeout. Of late the service is so bad I don't think I will return. There are 6 vehicles waiting for their food. After a 10 minute wait my food was brought out. I asked the young man why there was such a delay.He said it's like this everyday they are so short-staffed. A vehicle in front of me said they're never going back again. I feel bad for the employees that show up. I don't know who's running the store but they're not doing a good job. Owner beware.

The service was slow. But the food was awesome and the ladies were polite. I was very surprised but the Nashville hot tenders were heavenly they tasted homemade, like I was in TN, It was worth the wait.

Very backed up, they do not have enough employees. Owners are only worried about getting as many orders as they can, but they can be 30+ wait to actually get the food.

I waited 20 minutes at the window after paying to be told that I needed to drive forward to receive my meal. When I told the young lady at the window that I take my meal through the window like a normal customer she said nasty things
