Inside cashier was horrible. She barely spoke when taking orders, wasn't helpful at all, even didn't tell a customer his chicken was cooking(30 minute wait)! She watched several people stand at the counter waiting for help and made no effort to assist. She ignored everyone at all costs unless they directly approached her. Even delivery drivers had to ask for the food orders. I have never seen someone make it so obvious that they didn't want to be where they were.

Waited almost 45 min for our food.there were cars parked everywhere waiting as they ask u to pull forward.it was absolutely the worst drive thru I've ever been to.its chicken not rocket science.ill gladly pay twice the amount to never visit there again.KFC u jst lost another customer.

If you want to know what giving up looks like come to this KFC. Darrell gets talked about a lot in the reviews here and tonight I learned why.35 freaking minutes for 12 pieces of chicken. Got 11 pieces instead of 12 as a thank you for tolerating this dumpster fire of a location. I hope the people who work here don't live here because I'd be ashamed to be in public if that is their work ethic and quality of product.I've eaten at KFC in many countries. Not sure why it's better outside of the USA than here but regardless, this chicken at this location is pure trash. I've included photos.Dear KFC, if this is a franchise, get the owner to work there for a week and see the S show going on there.Man... This place should change it's name from KFC to DMV because it's obvious NO ONE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE THERE.

Had a taste for some comfort food, and this checks that box! Always consistent with the quality.
Stay away!! My mom came to visit us from maryland. She wanted KFC against my better judgement. I ordered delivery. 3 piece combo mac n cheese, cole slaw , fries, bowl. They forgot my fries. Then a hour after we ate we both got sick. Had diarrhea, vomiting! Do not eat here. The food is disgusting. I will stay with cooking my own meals. We will no longer eat out. Most definately not here.

the workers did 7 drive thru orders while we were waiting and didn’t prioritize us at all. When i got my food i didn’t get any drinks so i asked but as soon as i did another customer came up they didn’t give me my drinks until she completed his order, terrible service. took 30 mins to make a sandwich meal and 3p meal, the food was decent though.

We ordered on the app and came to pick it up. Good food, but I feel like they were prioritizing cars in their drive through over people inside. We waited for about 20 min to get a small order for 2 people.
Twice now I have order all dark meat.Apparently the employees don't know the difference between white and dark as I still got a mix. I also agree that I don't understand the necessity to pull forward at the drive through when there was no one else around.

After standing there for 10 minutes, we still didn’t have anyone acknowledge us. There was zero toilet paper in the ladies room. I told someone who worked there and they were too busy flirting with their gf to even respond. It was 2pm on a Sunday and dead quiet. We just left without even ordering. Based on the other reviews, not getting food there was probably a good thing.

This is most disgusting KFC I’ve ever been to in my life for multiple reasons.This store runs a racket whereby they force every single drive thru customer to pull forward regardless whether anyone is in line behind you or not. They proudly claim that doing so helps their customer service rating.I strongly disagree with this policy. It’s inappropriate and insulting to the customer. I protested pulling forward. I only ordered two chicken minis and no one was behind me. They then proceeded to retaliate by putting gobs and gobs…and gobs of mayo on the chicken minis, shoved them in my face, and slammed the window.Here’s a picture of the inedible slop these people shoved my way because I wouldn’t pull forward and pad their stats!!!Never go here!!
