This complaint is for last night's order only: The manager I spoke to today asked that I file a complaint on Google since the complaint I left on Facebook will not be seen. I will not say her name. She was very nice.Last night I called your store to order a pizza special priced at $6.99 that we have seen on T.V. commercials for weeks now. Last night we saw it again and decided to have pizza for a late dinner. Just to make it clear, on the left-hand side of your Facebook page, I see a special for a medium pizza 1 topping for $6.99. When I called I spoke to a man there who told me that you were not offering that special anymore since it was for a limited time only. I said to him then why is it being advertised on TV if it was for a limited time only. I just saw it on TV. He really could not answer the question he referred me to the website. I should have asked for a manager right then and there but I did not ( that was my bad ) I was going to go to another pizzeria but my husband ended up ordering from you anyway for I believe was a small or medium pizza at a cost of about $15.00. Shame on you better yet shame on my husband for giving you the business.

This place has become horrible. I have ordered multiple times only to have the last two times my pizza was burned. This time I called and complained and even sent pictures. All they said was that a thin crust looks like this. My pizza went in the trash. I will never order from them again. Very rude customer service when a complaint is made. I see a response from owner yet they did not contact me. Why would I want another pizza after the last one I ordered. You guys are phonies.

Good pizza at a great price wouldn’t say it’s the best pizza I’ve had but for 15.00 it’s pretty damn good. I just stick to pizza here not sandwiches or salads and they have always done great the staff is young and fun and there always a good quick idea for last minute dinner. Keep it up Marcos.
Ordered 3 pizzas for a family gathering and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, delivery was fast, and the food was delicious.

Marco is hit or miss. The toppings are great, even excellent. But out of the last 4 visits, 2 of my pizza pies were burnt and hard bottoms. I think it's a good pizza but I will check it before I leave the store from now on. Pizza is always ready on time but it's bad when you drive all the way home only to find out the bottom is burnt and tastes stale.

I absolutely love Marco's Pizza and their Garlic Parmesan wings. The only thing I don't like is when the older gentleman that delivers to us forced his way between my brand new BMW and my husband's brand new truck. I even gave them delivery instructions---> will be a good add to the app. That's the only complaint I have. Food is fantastic. I will continue to order from them.
