I like coming to this McDonald’s, but the drive-thru setup needs work. They have two speaker lanes, but only one is ever being used at a time. It defeats the purpose of having a dual-lane system, and it slows everything down, especially during busy hours. If both speakers were staffed consistently, the line would move much faster and the overall experience would be a lot smoother.

Terribly experience! A big group of us on vacation in a passenger van just trying to get food and we went to pick up an order. The manager came to the window and said we were drunk because we ordered so much food. We are 15 people in a passenger van with kids are very offended by this because are not drunk and clearly we need a lot of food because of how many people we are. She was very rude and it was uncalled for.

The food and service here are consistently bad. Just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, and it’s covered in burnt black pieces from the grill. This will be our last try, hope this location shuts down and becomes something worth patronizing. Don’t bother, another location or Burger King would be better.

They really need to have process engineers come correct the issues and streamline the prep and fulfillment processes. They really need to get creative with late night drive thru experience because the system they are using is a failed nightmare. Fast food should not be a just in time preparation. Orders should be ready in a minute or less. Maybe they should have a limited menu late night. They fail to utilize drive thru park at night resulting in ridiculously long waits. There should never be a 20 minute wait in a drive thru line especially if there is only 4 cars waiting.

I work as a DD driver and I pick up orders here daily. Every time I go in, I see the nicest people working, but today, after I finished my deliveries I decided to get some for me and my spouse. Just have to say that I will not buy here for us ever again. The guy at the drive thru rushed me through my order and I could hardly see the order on the screen. I asked for 2 combos: cheeseburger and 10 piece nugget with well done fries for both with a pink lemonade and a coke. The first thing was that they did not had pink lemonade and I got a regular, which by the way, it tasted watered down. Second, when I got home, I got 9 instead of 10 nuggets. Third... the otherbguy ar the pick up window said the fries in a separate bag were the well done ones...I got under cooked, luke warm, pale fries when I checked at home. I told the guy at the windows that the should've been both and he gave me a blank stare like I was talking Chinese and didn't know what to do. He kind of apologized but didn't offer to change them or gave me any other options. Very sad when you smell it and crave it and then get completely disappointed when you finally get it and do not enjoy it.
How much longer are we going to keep these places in business

Super nice lady at the 1st window! I was a manager at McDonald's for a year and I would have been extremely happy with her if she was my co worker. Super friendly and great smile. She stands out there as what McDonald's wants I an employee. I rate a lot of stuff on Google but I tend to only leave a review if I thought there was a really good experience had or a terrible one. This 1 was 6 stars all the way. Thank you. I can't remember exactly the time but had to be between 9 and 11 pm. Wish I could remember her name. My girlfriend even said you're going to leave her a review right? Because she knew I was because she put a giant smile on my face.
