This is undoubtedly the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to, hands-down every single time. In the 5ish times I’ve given them a chance, they haven’t filled our order right a single time. Not once. It’s always missing at least one thing and/or has completely wrong items instead, and the burgers aren’t so much “assembled” as they are “ingredients tossed into a box together.” Then the workers are completely flabbergasted if you bring the receipt and ask for a correction as if they’ve never even heard of that being possible. In fact, it seems like the entire staff here is perpetually on their very first day. Ordering something as simple as just a McDouble will draw a confused response from the cashier as if this has never happened before and needs to call a manager…and then 20 minutes later you’ll be handed a McChicken instead. The drive-thru is even worse. If you plan to use it, make sure you have 20-30 minutes to wait in line while the staff messes up the order of each car ahead of you. And you’re locked in place without the ability to leave when you get sick of waiting. If you do actually order from the drive-thru, prepare to (again) speak with a staff member who is seemingly unaware they work at a McDonald’s and has no idea what is on the menu. There’s another McDonald’s across the freeway a couple miles away, do yourself a favor and just go to that one. Stay away from this location at all costs.

Going here again made me realize why I didn’t go after avoiding it for about 3 years because the service was and STILL is terrible. Long waiting. Got TWO LARGE fries and they were BOTH HALF FULL. I DID NOT EAT THEM. Unbelievable. How did this ONE McDonald’s not change???

So I got a 7 dollar daily double meal and a promo. They messed up my order, I'm a single mom with no car had to get the next door neighbor. To give me a ride the rest of the way because I was walking. I have no family and no friends that can hlp. But a stranger that live in my development offer to hlp to I can feed my starving baby I used my last 10 dollars, I haven't event eat all day and the say they cant do anything till I walk all the way back. They need better to show that they messed up. Send pictures something.

I think one of these “employees” stupidly gave my order to another customer waiting beside me, because I was sitting in the lobby for over 20 minutes for 1 “cheeseburger meal” that never showed up. The “staff” passed over me for drive-thru patrons as well as other in-house customers. I had to leave empty-handed, terrible establishment.

Worst mcdonalds I've ever been to and I've been all over the county. This place needs some serious employee reform. I waited 55 minutes for a happy meal medium fries and a double cheese burger. Get it together yall the one off old kings road is running laps around you guys.
The worst local McDonald's. Extended waits and incorrect orders, rude staff with the exception of the drive thru man in the evenings.

I got in the left line at 10:25. Two cars in the right lane that arrived after me were allowed to order before me and the drive thru operator waited until the menu rolled over to take my order and that of the person ahead of me, refusing to offer the full breakfast menu because they felt like waiting to take my order. Hard never from me.

I really have no clue how no one from corporate has came in to step this place up, I’m pretty sure it takes less time for a high end resturant to make a burger. Guess it’s another reason to not eat fast food when it’s a 30 min drive thru wait time.

Horrible horrible horrible service always unorganized after I got my order taken at the speaker I paid for my order and pull up to the window to get my food why am I being asked what did I get because the girl at the window had no idea what order everyone has on top of that they forgot my other happy meal so I kindly asked for that only to be met with attitude and told I have to pay for it again because on their ticket it is saying I only had 1 when on our receipt we have 2 happy meal that I paid for I don’t under what was the issue but homegirl at the window is rude and disrespectful and don’t need to be at the window speaking to no one hire people with good customer service and respect I never have any issue at the other McDonalds location.
