This was a second chance for this location. A couple months ago I ordered on the App, pulled intp curbside and waited. And waited. And finally went inside after 15 mins and the order was sitting. Got my order and left to eat my cold food on the road. Mistakes happen. Today I ordered on the app, pulled in to curbside pickup and waited. After 15 minutes I went inside and was told my order wasn't up yet. 15 minutes. Told them that was ridiculous and left. Then called on the way home to let the manager know that curbside #4 gave up and they can toss the order whenever they get around to making it.

My girlfriend and I waited 30 min by the window after being told to stop there to wait for our food. I eventually went in and they said they most likely gave it to someone else, and asked if I wanted my food made… the workers seemed nice but the Harry Potter looking manager was useless.

They left off my $6 steak breakfast sandwich after rushing me through and ensuring me that everything was in the bag. Don't let them rush you always check your food. So when I got home almost everyone had a breakfast sandwich. Memories, right. I know that my order was taken correctly they repeated it to me twice once at the sign and once at the window.
Google and the McDonald’s app said the place is open but when multiple people arrived there was no one in the building.
