Drive thru was slow, had to pull forward and wait. Finally drove to front and walked in to ask where my food was. Only to be greeted by a disgruntled employee. No apologies and food was cold.

Sorry not trying to be the one but this is sad and a waste of time for me and my friends to come here and this is what we get and we tried to speak to someone no one fix the issue
This McDonald's is always short staffed, they lack customer service, and most managers have the worst attitude with employees and customers. They will argue with their employees in front of customers and don't treat customers like they deserve. They do not pay too much attention to the quality of the food. I just saw an employee (Alejandro) pick up some sauces that fell on the floor and put them back with the others to give the customers. I told another employee (Lena) about and she couldn't care less, and like I told her, I would never eat there even, if my meal was free. Just by that, makes me wonder howcthe food is handled. 🤢🤮
