They took away is soda machine so you can't refill you can't get your own ketchup because they took that away too. There's rarely anybody at the front desk. The burgers don't taste as good as other McDonald's

The employees/ managers are stressing over having Uber Eats and Door dash orders coming in while trying to take care of drive thru and front counter customers. The store was clean, the people were kind, most customers were nice to the employees even though they had wait times longer than 3 minutes. The customer that ate the bagel sandwich with hash brown and diet Coke was very happy with the meal. You are appreciated for the work you considering all the new technology entering the market! I understand the complexity and think you're all doing a great job!Parking: It's a restaurant in a shopping area so plenty of parking just watch the signage. Leaving to go to Palm Coast Parkway is a ONE WAY road.Kid-friendliness: No playground but kind to the children:)

Ordered food at counter inside. The wait was long for “fast food”.The food tased okay but it was “cold” or at least not warm.Considering the wait time combined with the price and “cold” food , it is approaching the point where one has to consider whether a full service restaurant is the better option.The restaurant itself was presentable and appeared clean .I know, you will take this information and present it to “the team” and nothing will change because there is no longer any accountable person to be found anywhere in corporate america, lol.

The most terrible, the service and waiting time leave much to be desired (((They work without gloves, everything is dirty and not well maintained! The workers walk around sleeping. This is not service, management should pay attention to this shithole and the staff does not want to work!!!

We were lookin for breakfast when we found this MaDonald's in Palm Coast, FL. The facility was relatively new, clean and well maintained. The staff inisde the restaurant were personable and pfofessional. Ordering wss quick ad easy and our food was delivered to our table in about 5 minutes or less. Everything ws hot and tasty. Restrooms were clen and obviously well-maintainned,

I used to work at this McDonalds. I should first say that some of the management is terrible and doesn't fix issues. That is the main reason why I left. But for this certain experience on 03/17/24, I ordered a classic cheeseburger pack and two frappes on doordash. When everything got here, the fries and nuggets had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time, and one of the frappes tasted strongly of chemicals. My partner drank half of it, thinking it was normal, before I tasted it and told him it was not. I believe that one of the blenders had not been draining properly when it self-cleaned between every use. I called this McDonald's to make sure they were aware that they were selling frappes with cleaning solution in them and was hung up on. Not a good place to eat or work. The quality went down the second the supervisor took the GM position after the former GM had been fired for stealing money.
