First time at the Palm Coast location. Ordered my usual shrimp and grits, received a bowl of cold gravy and hockey pucks. No worries of an awkward conversation with the waitress, she never bothered to check. Kids enjoyed their chicken and waffles.

Nice diner experience. I've been to several Metro Diners and have enjoyed them all. This one provided excellent, friendly service. We had Chicken Pot Pie and Shepherd's Pie. Both were tasty and filling

Friendly staff. Was able to accommodate 9 people as walk-ins. Food was delicious (sirloin steak scrambler). Variety of food dishes. Apple cobbler was awesome! Brother-in-law was disappointed in the meat loaf. Only complaint was no beer cheese for the cheese curds.

Very good. I had the southwest bowl but added steak. It was delicious. My dad had the Shepard pie. He said it was very good. Our server i believe h8s name was Aiden. He was great. Friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back.

I I don’t know what it is about me but when waitresses sees me they always wanna sit me in the back. I was feeling some type of way well this place was packed with persons of the Caucasian persuasion. I don’t mind that, but why are you trying to hide m. anyway I didn’t make a gripe about it because I preferred the solitude, however, they put me at the table right next to the bathroom, the waitress was friendly the service was slow because the place was so packed. I was referred by a friend and the food was tasty. I had the cheese grits. They were nice and creamy. I didn’t particularly care for the breaded fish. I thought it was gonna be more southern style however it was tasty.

Very sloooooow service, and it wasn't that busy at all. Had to ask for a waitress after 15 minutes sitting. I go to Metro quite often, never had that issue elsewhere.

Very different and delicious take on pancakes with pumpkin and caramelized pecans. We got there after 9 and somehow beat the 9:15 crowd - no wait for us, but there were many people waiting outside shortly after we got seated and even more when we left around 10

I always look for a metro diner when we are traveling. Their menus and foods are very consistent. This was my first time at the palm coast location. It did not disappoint.

My family and I eat here frequently. A few days ago we placed a to go order and when we got home, my husband realized that they left out half of our order. When my husband went back to the restaurant, the manager named Susan was so accommodating. She did everything she could to make the right wrong, including re-cooking our entire order even the two dishes we received. We understand that mistakes happen and it’s how things are fixed that make the difference. We really appreciate what she did for us and we will continue to be loyal customers of this location.

All breakfast items are good. The items on the other side of the menu are good as well. Be warned, the shrimp & grits are not how I grew up on them. You seriously need to ask for traditional grits. All their fried items are saturated in grease. The chicken tenders are not golden brown. They are dark and greasy. Burgers, meatloaf, and Philly are good, and just about the rest of the menu are good. Just don't order anything that has to be fried. The staff is friendly.
