$$18.75 for one burrito no chips. Rip off go to salsas cheaper next door fake meat pay more rip off for 1 burrito check the othere 2 places with in 300 yards cheaper and fresh with service

I’ve been eating at Moes awhile now Today after ordering my bowl thr mgr waited on me I asked hey why don’t U actually use the bowls like they used to thought they called it a bowl for a reason they did have them at one time Well no answer Until I already cked out The cashier was polite but to have the mgr run over to the cash person WHINING BC I asked about why no more bowls I wasn’t rude just asking a ? I could hear him over by where the limes r at Someone needs to teach the mgr? A few things One U don’t comment on a customer Well in hearing range love Moes but won’t b going back with a rude so called manager

Do not eat here, the place is disgusting. They have no working cold water to mix their sanitizer solution in, mixing with hot water kills the antibacterial effects…also, where the PH testing strips are supposed to be, is an empty space. The GM Nick brags about how many inspections he passes, but I have no idea how when nothing gets cleaned. Place is filthy and I wouldn’t send my dogs to eat here. The GM Nick is also an insane creep who doesn’t feel the need to wear any hairnet or hat when working around food. He also frequently gives customers attitude. -5/5 definitely do not recommend..

I really should've left after i noticed how dry and neglected the food looked under the heat lamps, but i was hungry. I also shouldve left when i asked for just a little more peppers on my burrito (cause she legit gave me 3) and she scooped an overflowing amount that seemed intentional.
Food was not really good at all, and they didnt give me the guac they charged me for.
I will not be back to this location.

I just got my food from door dash, and I’m upset. Not that any of the employees will care , but whoever made my burrito , it’s clear you hate your job. So just quit. The whole burrito was soggy. When I opened it up it was barely wrapped , and it was pouring out. The rice wasn’t the rice I ordered. When I unwrapped it. It just looked like someone really hated their job. I threw it away. ? I’m so upset , since I not only paid for the burrito but paid for the dash, and that’s what I get. ? I’m not even a Karen, but I’m hangrey now and upset .

Food was delivered cold. Received wrong items. Missing items. Called and spoke to Andrew and he said, "Well the salsa is free" so basically it's ok if you received none for your 5 bags of chips for 5 meals over $80. Paid for queso, will credit for 2 missing. Sorry it's cold and wrong items. Over $80. Not again. Ashame, because I use to like Moe's. I'm not rich, so do not like throwing away $80, and that's what I did. Garbage.
