I came in and was greeted by a guy named Mike. And he welcomed me with a smile and great attitude! He joked and made me laugh 😂 He made my food fast and then he rung me up, and made me feel very welcomed. All and all a great experience! Will definitely come back soon 👍

My friend and I visited Moe's for the very first time, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the general manager, Kenny, greeted us with the brightest smile and an absolutely welcoming personality. The food was delicious, and I was blown away by the free chips and salsa bar—definitely a game-changer. Honestly, Moe's is 100% better than Chipotle in both flavor and experience. On top of that, the service was exceptional—probably some of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back for both the amazing food and Kenny’s outstanding hospitality!

I haven't been to Moe's in a while and decided to stop for dinner Sunday in Palm Coast. I received great service from an associate named Mike. He was friendly and professional. The food was great and the place was clean. Nice to see good old fashioned customer service. I'll definitely be back!

Honestly the Staff Here are Amazing and Unfortunately very understaffed (probably due to corporate cost cutting.) Moes has improved their food over the years and honestly when they run a special, its a great value. But the Waits when they do are insane (not due to anyones fault other than likely corporates hours allowance.) it also very much annoys me that I had to pay a service fee to use their mobile app, I have never had that as a feature on any fast food / food service mobile app other than a delivery app like Doordash or Grubhub, which makes sense because they are a third party provider rather than the restaurant themselves.

Monday lunch with 4 kids, service was great. Food was fresh and the staff were excellent. I’m not sure what Kenny’s role is but he treated us like he was an owner! Promote that man.

I just have to give a shoutout to Kenny, the manager at Moe’s! He’s absolutely fantastic, always full of great energy, super friendly, and genuinely cares about the customers. Every time I come in, he’s smiling, greeting everyone, and making the whole place feel welcoming and upbeat. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his team.

Also want to mention Anni , she’s awesome too! Always helpful, fast, and has such a positive attitude. Together, Kenneth and Anni make every visit a great experience. This Moe’s location is lucky to have them both!

I use to always get great portion sizes before this new guy started working there and he loves to baby scoop everything and I never got my moneys worth ever again
