I loved this little place, such a cozy and warm environment. Not to mention the incredible customer service, our waiter Alissa was so sweet and really made the experience 10 times better. The food was also so good and a generous portion size, definitely recommend the margarita pizza and the whole place in general. I would review this place a 100 out of 10 if I could

Best pizza we’ve had in 3 years in Palm Coast!

Just moved here to palm coast.Have been searching for a good new york style pizza.I think I have found it after several different places.This seems to have the best sauce and the people on the phone are great.So far this is it my go to from now on....

I will never eat here again...usually this place very good to me and then they started cutting corners big time and purposely acting annoyed with me when they didn't make it the way I asked! Would always give me the garbage broccoli, look at me like I wa stupid when I complained about them making the same mistake over and over and over again...it's not worth getting into...this was years ago and I will never spend money here ever again! I'm surprised this place is still open tbh

Always good and super friendly! We love going for lunch to get a personalized piece of pizza. Just order a piece of cheese and they'll add whatever you want to it for more than reasonable price.
Warning: stay away from the $1 garlic knots. Totally addictive!!

Ordered delivery online for our staff meeting. Delivery was on time and driver was great. Everyone enjoyed the pizza and garlic knots.

I'm assuming your establishment does very well that at 7:40 on a Friday night you aren't taking delivery orders, but yet you are open til 8:30. I was prepared to order $50+ dollars worth of food, and was forced to order from Joe's New York. So word to folks looking to order from here, make sure you call more then a hour before they close.

I have been a customer of Napoli for almost 4 years calling in orders 1-2 times a week and I made my usual call for Friday and was told there is no information that I was an existing customer and the girl that answered the phone should really contemplate a career other than customer service SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER APPRECIATION!!!!!!!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NAPOLI AGAIN!

We have tried almost every pizza place in the area. This is our #1. We go for slices, Caesar salad and a beer. They have a few different pizzas to choose from. Plain and/or something with chicken is our choice. The side salad is more than enough. The slices are a very good size. They have a selection of 5 beers. Super friendly and quick service. Fridays are very busy.

The food was alright for not having to wait for 30 mins for a brand new cheese pie. I came from a long shift of work in 2 different cities, I understood the place was packed and the turn over rate for pizza is high but im guessing it's only for the phone orders. I got 1 slice 2 white pizza slice and pizza that's been sitting there for I don't know how long. Garlic Knotts were good. I just wished the garlic would had been cooked longer when I got home to eat and grabbed one I got a whole cold raw peice of garlic. I ate it cause it garlic Knott but I wished it would had been cooked longer. We will give it a 2nd try soon enough maybe the food is better when you order and eat there.
