Outback Steakhouse offers a unique dining experience. On one occasion, a couple raved about their five-star experience, praising their waitress Suzanne and manager Chris for their exceptional service and delicious food. They enjoyed their salmon with baked potato and salad. However, another visit was not as satisfactory. The manager apologized for running out of BBQ ribs, and the food that replaced it was overcooked and tough. Despite this, the server, Christian, was kind and friendly, making the experience better. The restaurant was understaffed, leading to long wait times for service, food, and drinks. Overall, Outback Steakhouse has its ups and downs, but with great service and some improvements, it has the potential to be a top-notch dining destination.
