The staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their food; however, for our party of 7, the food left something to be desired for all of us. It was by no means terrible, but it also was nothing special. I would repeat because any restaurant can have an off day, but with so many restaurants in the area, it might take a while to want to give this one another chance.

Excellent food and service. Everything was fresh, great chips and salsa. Big drink menu. Hubby had fajitas, daughter had street corn fajita, and I had the carnitas. All were great We will be back! The FL Mule was really good!

I ordered pick up on a Friday and Sunday night..Food was ready and packaged nicley... The chip are oily and have bland cardboard after-taste...The toritillas for Street Tacos and Enchiladas are even worse tasting. Overall, the food is just bland and unexciting and generally bland..Though portion size and presentation are good. Honestly...taco Bell for me tastes much better. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

My husband and I visited Cantina Louie's for the first time because he was given a gift card. The waitress, Kathy, was fantastic. She keep our drinks refilled and checked on us regularly . The food was great and the menu had many items to choose from. We will definitely be back again.

We visited for my wife’s birthday. We had about a 25 minute wait on a Friday evening. Chips , salsa, cheese dip and guacamole salad all were excellent. I had a very large chicken burrito that was very good as were the rest of our selections. Our server Melissa was attentive and friendly. The only down side was a large table of rowdy (mostly intoxicated) women next to us. Some folks complained to the manager and let. This wasn’t his fault and he gave us some gift certificates in a way of apology. We don’t live here and don’t have a Cantinas in our area but I’d return when we visit again.

This is a fun place for good food and great drinks! Our server was awesome, especially with a shortage of employees. he had almost half of the restaurant, yet managed to attend to all of our needs quickly. The décor is fabulous, a colorful sight on every wall! I was a little afraid to go here because of the way they advertise it as "street food" and I'm not a taco/burrito fan, but I was pleasantly surprised at the full menu and loved everything we ordered.

This is the 3rd time giving this place a try….and probably will be the last…..food was good and drinks were ok. Our server was good, until half way thru our time there, she said her shift was ending, and asked if we wanted to close out our bill, which we did, so that she would get her tip, we paid and she told us that the server taking her place, would be coming by. It never happened. The new server was too busy trying to make a date with the only other person she had to wait on..,..45 minutes later as we were finishing our drinks, this girl is still standing at the same table, still talking….. never once came over…… no manager in sight…. No thank you, come back as we left walking by the cashier…. Last time we were there….. same experience…… terrible service………place not busy at all.... try Dahlia in Flagler Beach where the appreciate their customers…..

I will start by saying. I'm an "easy going customer" As long as you acknowledge me and everything is edible I don't complain. But.... This was the worst customer service received by the manager on duty, of all people. I was with will NEVER return to any Cantina Louies because the way we were treated; if that's how the owners allow their managers to treat their customers!! We set up on the patio. It was a warm Florida day. A shower came in and we had several children down to an 8-month-old getting showered on. So I kindly asked the hostess to put down one of the shades to prevent us from getting rained on. The manager then comes out and proceeds to put down one of them. We say thank you we just want the one because it's the only way we're getting breeze on this 90° day! He completely ignores us, then the waitress kindly says to him they only want to put one down as he's continuing to put the second one down. Again looks right at her, and completely ignores our request. He then goes to put down the third rain shield!!!!!! The breeze was coming in from only that side of the patio. So I spoke up "sir we're asking you kindly, as a customer, please do not put down the third one as that is the only way we're getting any air!. " He looked directly at me without a smile and said "you will be fine. " My jaw dropped. That is where the conversation ended. Uuuhnm No. That is not the way you speak to a customer. We were the only ones on the patio so there was no one else needing any protection from the rain. Also we were a party of double digits, whereas there were less than 20 inside the entire restaurant other than us!! So if you are trying to build clientele. That is not the way to do it. I will never refer anybody to this restaurant. And honestly I will never go back. On one positive note. The waitress was very kind and apologized for the situation. You could tell the other workers were flabbergasted by the managers professionalism, or lack thereof I should say. Everyone enjoyed their food, but me. But that's probably because I was pretty mad. If I wouldn't have been there to celebrate a birthday party I would have left right then. Save you time and money. It's not worth it.

We accidentally went here because Salsas closed At 7 pm???? and it said differently on site, but we wanted good Mexican good , never knew this Cantina restaurant opened up! This amazing restaurant will NOW be our Mexican fav , very big and roomy , great atmosphere, waitress was amazing snd quick , we told her it was our first time and manager came right over, we asked for him but she said she already told him to come , as he always comes to first timers, he was open to criticism, but two had none! He even gave us a coupon to come back ! The food was awesome and had to bring some home, we’ve been to Mexico and this was authentic, will definitely come back! I have no idea why anyone would give a bad review ? But keep in mind, some people are biased or can’t be pleased, I’m a good judge of where to eat and this place is an A+
We have eaten here several times now, most recently 2 nights ago. The vibe is Day of the Dead, the paintings are quite unique. Food prices range from 3.49 for a taco up to 11.99 for a full meal. The Guacamole Dip is EXCELLENT (I don't say this lightly as I make my own!). My husband and I have tried several different taco combinations and all have been good. I LOVE their fajita salad. You can dine in, on the patio, or get to go! They have regular and frozen margaritas and for .99 you can add a flavor to it!

I've been there 3 times within the past month and each visit was a delight. Not only does the restaurant have very good food, but the interior has been decorated extremely well. They have lunch specials that are varied and you get a lot of food. They also have some happy hour specials (half price appetizers) that are very appealing. I had the chicken fajitas (twice) and they were as good as I've ever had. Sure hope this restaurant does well as this location has seen many changes in the past 30+ years. The original Cantina Louie in St. Augustine has been in the same spot for a long time so that is a good testament to them doing something right!

I ate her a few weeks ago food was awesome. I ate there yesterday, terrible. First messed up my order, then remade was nothing like the first time, missing parts of my order. Server was very kind and felt so bad, she called for manager who never showed up and i was there already 1 1/2 hours and had to go. I paid the bill and will never be back.
