This place can never get an order right. They fail literally every time I go there. It’s fast food, not rocket science. Also, they never wear gloves when handling food. One worker was digging in her ear, then proceeded to touch my order. If cleanliness is your thing, go elsewhere.

I regularly deliver and inspect this restaurant has a secret shopper. Today I let them know that the restroom needed servicing because there was no paper. And inquired as to why the floor is so greasy I'm shocked that nobody has fallen down and sued them. The man behind the counter became indignant and started shouting at me. Dirty restaurant.

Food is good. And fresh and it’s always busy. As a delivery driver they do a good job for the most part getting orders out As far as a customer. Sometimes there is a wait to get the food you want cooked and that can be frustrating. Atmosphere is wouldn’t describe as cozy. But I do give them 4.5 stars or more due to their delivery efforts and for their food

UPDATE: my brother threw up multiple times and is still not feeling good this morning which is the next day. I already sent a message to panda corporate
This restaurant was dirty at every table. When the workers weren’t helping anyone no one bothered to clean any tables. We had to grab a rag (without anny assistance) and clean our own table in order to sit down to eat. We picked up a rag left on the counter by the drinks and wiped down the table. Also a manager was on break and saw us with the rag and let us clean the table ourselves. We deserve more pay than the employees at that point. I would like a refund. Period.
Hi I have to say all in all not a bad place but last night changed that.i got something in my food from the secret menu a big piece of plastic. Wasn't a pleasant experience.was so hungry looking for a nice meal relax without cooking that didn't work.i always enjoyed there food good taste nice portions but last night was the last.after many attempts to reach management I finally talked to one really didn't seem like all that concerned.had me send him a picture and had no idea what it was.then passed me off to corporate complaint line basically the same.semt her a picture she had no Idea said I can give you a refund and the hoops I had to jump through to get a refund for a foreign object in my food was treated very disrespectful from manger to corporate not a restaurant I will visit again.like I said nothing personal food is good there as long as you don't get surprises in your food.if you go really check your food

Have to say Panda is panda.food is ok for fast food Chinese food portions are decent.the only promble I had was last night.ordered my useal plate but found something interesting in my food s good size piece of plastic in my food very nasty unsanitary .I immediately called the restaurant took for ever to get ahold of anyone and in my opinion kinda blew it off like no big deal. Talked to the manager sent him a picture of the plastic his only response was call corporate let them handle it or replace my order just what I wanted more plastic.they had no idea what it was.evem calling corporate did not seem a plug deal to them foreign objects in there food no one knew what it was kinda strange.the only thing I got was were sorry will refund your money after jumping through so many hoops to get a refund.no one seemed to care.all I have to say check your food closely you don't need surprises mystery items in you food.one place I will not return not only for the plastic but the total disrespect they showed and no concern thanks Panda

Shouldn't have gotten 1 star. Lo mein is a Ramon noodle dish made with vegetables and protein. This restaurant chooses to sell dried out Ramon noodles only. If I wanted to eat only Ramon noodles. I would have bought top Ramon from the store for less the a dollar a pack. You must be making alot of profit holding back on expensive vegetable like cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, etc. Worst ever
