Received a chicken sandwich with no chicken and when I went to get my replacement I heard the workers making fun of me and saying they should just give me the chicken patty because they’d like to see my reaction. WORST PANERA EVER - terrible employees that don’t know how to even whisper.
Great food, but $14 for HALF a sandwich and soup? Service was excellent. Maybe that’s why
Normally I don't write reviews, but the consistently bad service has inspired me to share my thoughts. I do love their salads and flatbread pizzas. We have ordered many times since the pandemic started. However, we have regularly not received our order correctly, either the instructions were not followed, included ingredients (like the chicken on the salad) were left off, or whole items were missing.
