I will not order a bowl of soup for pick up anymore because the bowl for take out or pick up looks smaller than the bowl when you eat in the restaurant.

We had a coupon for a free a pastry with purchase of meal but didn't see it until after we sat down to eat. It said it could be redeemed within 2 hours of order so we thought we could just go back up after we finished eating. My little girl was there and had picked out the pastry she wanted but the associate refused to accept Panera's own coupon. She insisted it had to be redeemed at the time of purchase but the coupon clearly stated that it could be redeemed within 2 hours of purchase. The staff clearly needs to be trained better there (I mean just look at the Google rating). Whoever owns that franchise should be retrained by HQ or have their license revoked. When you do that to a little kid, you create an enemy for life, not just in the kid but the parents as well. Three customers lost! Hope it was worth the cost of your donut.

On veterans Day went to Panera Bread & they had advertised on veterans Day, a free pastry & coffee. Parked & went inside, (out of our way) to be told Panera isn't doing it. We left & won't be back. Panera needs to honor their ad.

Although I normally have a good experience, the last few times I’ve been disappointed with the customer service.
I ordered a sandwich and asked for the roll vs the bun and was told her computer would not let her. Just last week they had run out of the buns and offered me the roll. It was fantastic! But now I can’t request it. When I decided to decline the order the young lady was happy to cancel the order. And said bye, so I guess we were done!

If you like the smell of burnt bread, this would be the place for you! If you like to stand around and wait for your food, your in luck! The kids that makes the food moves about as fast as a sloth! Then they can't even keep orders straight either. They're in a roll in this place for sure!

Im delivery driver customer requested name not give the guy or guy manager didnt seem to appreciate the fact I was following rules and could only give him the order number. Please be aware as I'm doing my job and do not get upset I can give the name...no matter how you word trying to get the name. I told him 4 times I was not allowed giving out the name. Possibly speak to this gentleman I'm 61 and do not need that type of attitude. Thank you

The Green Goddess salad and the chicken soup are usually my go-to order at Panera. I’ve always enjoyed them, but today I was very disappointed. The salad I received to go looked sloppy and unappetizing — the avocado was not fresh, the egg was carelessly placed, and the overall presentation felt rushed. For the price, I expected the same quality and care Panera usually delivers. Sadly, today it fell short.

The drive through is always slow. Customers do not want to wait 10 minutes for their morning cup of coffee. Several times a week I go through and there's only one person working behind the register.
