I have been a Panera fan and a Sip Club member for years. I enjoy my morning coffee with one of your delicious chocolate chip cookies. I frequent the Hazlet NJ and Palm Coast Fl locations. I am at Palm Coast currently and they have not had cookies ALL week. I am now told Panera is no longer baking cookies in the morning. This is a new program started this week. What marketing genius thought this program up? You don’t have cookies but do have other baked goods available. I really don’t want my cookie at 2:00 pm in the afternoon. Just today I got my Sip Cup reward for a free cookie. Guess what? You don’t have any. Ugh Update: I just came into Panera today and found an assortment of cookies at 8:00 am to my pleasant surprise. Kudos to Panera for taking immediate action. I’m certainly impressed. Abbey the manager is always extremely pleasant and helpful. Lexi usually takes my morning order and is always there with a pleasant personality and welcoming smile. Thanks to all

I finally broke down and tried the heard about so much Panera bread. In my humble opinion, I'll give it a solid meh. I tried their Philly cheese steak. I found it light on flavor, and the flavor there was leaned on the sweet side. Sorry, I like my savory, savory. I also had their autumn squash soup. It was good but again too sweet for my liking. Not sure if the sweetness all came from butternut squash or if they added honey or apple juice. Ordering online was easy and it was ready at pickup time. I did order the blueberry parfait. They were out of berries and offered refund or strawberries. I went with the strawberry and there was no undo delay and it was good. I will try Panera some more as it seems a healthy choice, the food is not bad, just doesn't live up to hype thus far and the order was correct. The staff member was pleasant and professional.

I did catering for our race team for the 2025 Daytona 500 weekend. I dealt with Rachel. She was AMAZING. She went above and beyond with delivery and there was never a mistake in four separate orders I placed. Some orders consisted of 50 different types of breakfast sandwiches. Our race team will be back for the 2026 Daytona 500 and we will 100% be reaching out to this Panera and Rockstar Rachel!

I had the Green Goddess Grilled Chicken Salad and a Chicken Noodle Soup. The salad was fresh with a decent portion, and all the ingredients tasted great. The soup was excellent, but it was only lukewarm instead of properly hot. The price could be a bit lower, but overall, it was worth it. I always enjoy coming here—the food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Panera is one of my favorite spots!

Excellent service! I was impressed. My 4 Cheese Souffle was soggy on the bottom though, and unusually greasy 😔 It's my favorite, but I ended up throwing most of it away.
