Panera catering at this location is top notch!! I was in a situation where I had ordered catering from Firehouse across the street, only for them to cancel my order 45 mins prior to my business meeting. I quickly called Panera and they worked with me on a solution and delivered the order of delicious food for 22 people on time and seamlessly. Super grateful for them saving this meeting. Thank you!!!

Very disappointed with the portion/serving of the food at Panera. I ordered a small Mac & Cheese for $5.99 and got a serving big enough for a child. Prices are high and portions are small. Not a realistic place to take a family and expect them to be full after eating.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich dinner. No I did not want to use the kiosk to order. I am a frequent customer. Waited 5 minutes for cashier to stop socializing with the kitchen staff so she could take my order. I told her that I wanted the Stacked chicken, pepperoni, mozzarella melt meal. I told her that I had not given a name to be called when my order, she said they would get it off my Panera’s reward card. Picked a table near the kitchen counter.so I could hear my name called. Waited quite a while, never called my name, went up to the counter, found my order sitting there. Staff still socializing. It was no longer a melt, cold. Got back to my table, opened it up and it was not what I ordered. Checked my receipt, it said pepperoni cheese melt, not what I ordered. Okay, I will go ahead and eat it. Usually, when you get a full size sandwich, it is cut in half. Nope. Went to counter to ask if they would cut it. Wait again as the staff was still socializing.I will say the sandwich was good, but would have been better if it was hot. Far too much staff socializing when customers present.

Love Panera, first time to this location. Picked up a loaf of sourdough. It was about 2pm and maybe they left it sitting out since 6am or something but was not fresh. Not much sourdough taste either. Hoping the load I picked up at Aldi is better.

5/5 from the food to the customer service & experience. We ordered 2 sandwiches one on croissant bread. They were out of croissant bread but the Brioche tasted WAY BETTER thanks for the great service and solution driven attitude Daniel! Deborah or Debra was amazing thanks for your patience and suggestions while ordering. Place was extremely clean and we (the entire eat in restaurant) received complimentary $3 off coupons. I was throughly satisfied and treated well during my visit!!! Coming from a different part of FL I can say this was def one of my fav visits to Panera Bread Co!! ♥️

Sat and drank coffee and visited with a friend hadn't seen in years. Had a nice visit. It was quiet and easy to visit. Scone was excellent as well as the coffee. Little bit of a wait in line ro order but to be expected with a place like this.
