Mediocre, cold pizza was delivered. Reward points were not credited to the account and then they are rude on the phone and hung up on you!! No, we don’t recommend Papa John’s Pizza!
Will never order from them again. Owner of Papa Johns is against the first amendment and pulled advertising from the NFL.
i have been ordering from papa johns for years its my 5yo favorite pizza so even if our family orders from somewhere else we still get him a pizza. I ordered today and had to call 5-10 minutes later to tell them to hold my order, i could not pick it up for an hour! i did not want to cancel i just wanted to pick it up later (one cheese pizza worth MAYBE $2.50 in product) I got hung up on and when i called back to say i was not done talking the young lady answered my call with YES,...read full review
