Pizza was messed up. Order said it was ready for curbside pickup and it was lost so i sat there 20 more minutes then that pizza was messed up and the stuffed crust was separating from the rest of pizza. Very sad when you try to help businesses and there no trying to help themselves by being decent.
I ordered the new edge pizza online, left a generous tip hoping things would be satisfactory but pizza was almost burnt, very dry, literally tasted no sauce...not just light or hardly sauce...but no sauce, and honestly just disgusting. The reply from the worker was, no lie, "Ma'am, if you want to taste the sauce, you have to order extra sauce." Which of course is more money & feel that is ridiculous since I thought pizza normally comes with enough sauce you can see or taste it. After spending $40 bucks, I think a frozen $8 pizza is a much better deal and at this point tastier. I am just so disappointed that customer service is non existent these days most of the time. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did & just so you know I am not normally a person that returns food or leaves bad reviews. I am just so disappointed, @pizzahut used to be my favorite chain. Thanks for reading if you did.

Service was poor they gave me a non pan pizza after asking for a pan pizza . Corporate had to answer the phone. when I got there they were not even busy.
