Food was Horrible and undercooked. The delivery guy hands were extremely dirty and it was all over my items. Turned me off! To describe it was like he was digging a grave with his hands and decided to deliver my food. I will never order from here again!! OMG!! No one wanted the food went right in the trash.

Ok well, my daughter was craving stuffed crust, so we caved in and went to Pizza Hut. Service was excellent, they had our pizza ready in 10 minutes! My husband wanted meat lovers, so we got him a Personsl pan. It was so small, not what I had remembered. We also got cheese bread sticks, they were good. And then we got a plain stuffed crust. The taste was familiar to me, but, it was so thin, not much cheese in the crust, we were very disappointed. Not caving on her next craving! I will stick with Tuesday special at Mezzaluna's ! Now that is good pizza!

Ordered food and they charged me toppings that was supposed to be free yet I called them out on it and said that I was supposed to mention it when ordering so basically didn't want to reimburse me for what they charged that was supposed to be free. Manager made zero effort to make it better but point the finger at me. Will never order from them again

I currently have 4 phones trying to call into the store to try and place a phone order. I have been trying since 7pm. it has been exactly 42 minutes. not only do they NOT answer their phones, They answer, and then put you back on hold. in case you are wondering, the dry rub is not available in all locations. I have heard that over 262 times. If you want a reason for someone to LEAVE the Pizza Hut Family, THIS is the best way to do it. I am about to order from an exceptionally expensive pizza place that is a block away from my apartment. THIS IS REDICULOUS. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! now it's 50 minutes. I am so disgusted by this. HOW are we supposed to follow covid restrictions if when we arrive onsite, we cannot even get a hold of the store to go in. To say this is infuriating is a MASSIVE understatement. Please just answer your phones.

I've ordered here a few times. The food was fine but not the customer service. One of the managers was horrible. We had a delivery and our 2 liter drink was missing. I called them once it was left at my door. I wasn't rude but just asked if it could be brought back. The young man put me on hold and came back and said they were out of 2 liter Dr. Peppers. I asked if they had smaller ones. Put on hold again... he said yes. I asked if I could have some small ones redelivered. Hold again... then a rude manager came on. She stated they called me (I missed the call as I was in the shower). The order already took almost 2 hours which I didn't even complain about. It was Friday so I knew it was busy. She said they would not bring the smaller ones as they were too busy and it would be two more hours. That she would credit my account. I said that was fine and she hung up on me. She was so rude. I didn't get the credit either but just let it go. I was so bothered but this and even thought of going to the corporate site. Just thought I'd review here. Why would a manager be so rude when I wasn't? Where is the customer service?
Uber totally screwed our order up-we were still waiting an hour later for them to show, then when we called Pizza Hut they were very apologetic (when it wasn't there fault) and said they'd be there within a 1/2 hour. The Pizza Hut delivery guy showed up within 25 minutes and was very apologetic-and the pizza was still hot! Kudos to the Pizza Hut staff and their delivery guy in Bountiful, Utah-top notch and 100% class act! And some advice- don't use Uber, they are inept.

I ordered the new edge pizza online, left a generous tip hoping things would be satisfactory but pizza was almost burnt, very dry, literally tasted no sauce...not just light or hardly sauce...but no sauce, and honestly just disgusting. The reply from the worker was, no lie, "Ma'am, if you want to taste the sauce, you have to order extra sauce." Which of course is more money & feel that is ridiculous since I thought pizza normally comes with enough sauce you can see or taste it. After spending $40 bucks, I think a frozen $8 pizza is a much better deal and at this point tastier. I am just so disappointed that customer service is non existent these days most of the time. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did & just so you know I am not normally a person that returns food or leaves bad reviews. I am just so disappointed, @pizzahut used to be my favorite chain. Thanks for reading if you did.

I used to be a big Pizza Hut fan and used to just love their pizza. I used to never ask for anything else for Delivery. But I've had 2 very bad experiences now with this Pizza Hut. The first time, I just didn't get my order until very late. I called and its very difficult to get ahold of them at all. Then they told me they have a shortage of drivers, and that was the problem. They did refund my money, and I did finally get the pizza too. But last time was the worst. I ordered online, they got the order, made it in a timely fashion, and delivered it a little late but nothing like last time - so I was pleased until I ate the pizza. It did not have any sauce at all - and in my opinion the sauce makes the pizza! I think pizza with no sauce, is no good. I had specifically ordered the BBQ sauce, because I so enjoy that. And the pizza was cold, hard, difficult to eat....I tried to call and complain and all I could get was their call center. I complained online and got no response. On my job where I give people recommendations, I tell them just don't go there. I mean this. I thought this was pretty bad.

The pizza, mozzarella sticks, and breadsticks we ordered were hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. Not sure what all the other reviews are about but Pizza Hut, I am impressed! Y'all give this location another shot. Well worth it!

Pizza was messed up. Order said it was ready for curbside pickup and it was lost so i sat there 20 more minutes then that pizza was messed up and the stuffed crust was separating from the rest of pizza. Very sad when you try to help businesses and there no trying to help themselves by being decent.
