i went here for my first time lastnight and didnt have the greatest experience. my girlfriend has came in before so she helped me order and the owner said “so what are you his spokesman?” in a very rude tone. if it was a jokingly tone, i wouldn’t have thought twice about it, but she genuinely seemed bothered that i got help ordering. then she half assed my order and gave me a size 2 times smaller than i ordered and charged me for the size i originally ordered. not very happy with the service, the ice cream was very good but not happy with my experience.

Anyone who knows me knows I will happily eat Italian ice for dinner. Today was my first time in purdees and I ordered a pina colada Italian ice that was just shy of 8$. It is disgusting! It has no taste other than old fruit on the verge of being rotten. For being so expensive compared to other places I expected it to be amazing. But I can't even eat it, it's that bad. It doesn't even have Italian ice consistency. So gross, waste of money, overly expensive for something I can make better at home by myself.
