Hands down, best Mexican restaurant in Palm Coast. Fajitas are delicious, a little heavy on the peppers, but they'll make them your way, and the Queso Dip is the best!

I recently visited Salsa’s Mexican Restaurant and found the atmosphere to be quite pleasant—it’s a nice spot to dine in. The service was decent, nothing extraordinary but not bad either. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to my expectations.
The guacamole lacked flavor and didn’t seem freshly made; it tasted bland, which was disappointing. I ordered a giant plate with a variety of items. The steak was good, and the queso and shrimp were enjoyable, but the chicken with the red sauce tasted like it came straight from a can—definitely not what I was hoping for. Overall, I wish I had a better experience, as the food quality didn’t match the atmosphere.

We have been customers for awhile and in the past we have received excellent service and food. This last visit was terrible. However we were ready to caulk it up as just one bad day. What changed our experience was the bad customer service was from the manager! He was very arrogant and essentially gave the impression “complain all you want, I’m the manager”. Unfortunately we will not return. There are several great Mexican restaurants in this market and we’ll find another favorite.

Salsa the place is called salsas. And the salas was horrible!watery no flavor and really runny, that's number 1,2 street corn, what I had was not street corn, corn was soggy like it been sitting in water all day,did not have mayo, did not have butter it was down right unedidble cheese was horrible on the street corn,it belongs on the street,3,shots ordered doubles and got small shots and even the vodka tasted off, like it wasn't strong at all,4 beef taco stay away from it,taco bells beef taste better and that says alot, beef has zero flavor and tasted watery and bland,5 canaasda more like rubber couldn't even eat it choked my first bite.6 chorizo taco was very good as well as the carnita taco,7 no tacos had cheese wtf where do they put no cheese on tacos,8 overall this was the worst taco place I've ever been to in my life and that says alot, food needs to be more authentic and someone needs to look at that well vodka, our server was very good and attentive that's the only positive thing I give this place, very disappointed in this place I will not be back I will stick with cinco and cantina, maybe one day I will give this place a chance but not until I know the food is better,$75 check for some horrible beef tacos, some not true to culture street corn and baby shots at full price is a horrible way to spend a date lunch with the misses.step it up I'd rather eat taco bell then this place ever.My 12 year old can make street corn better.Horrible.

Even though the service was amicable it was not impressionable. Nothing to write home about. And the food was blah. It seems most ingredients and food are packaged and not fresh. It felt like you are paying for someone heat up some processed food that was purchased at a supermarket or something like that. And the atmosphere seemed to be of a place where people go to meet from a dating site and do not want to be seen in public.

I guess that I should not order a vegetarian burrito in a Mexican Restaurant.

We've had excellent experiences here the portions are huge and flavorful. The atmosphere is more of a loud family environment. Only room for improvement I saw was maybe with cleanliness, it is generally clean for a busy restaurant

Fresh Guacamole was to die for. We did take out and they actually put me on hold to make sure they had avocados ready for the fresh dip. Salsa was obviously freshly made too. My husband & I shared an order or fajitas, and there was plenty to share. We will definitely either do take out or eat there again! It was soooooo good!!!

We have been there several times. Never had a bad meal. Good beer list. Good happy hour. We LOVED the Tabla Loca! I don’t know if supposed to be for one or two people but we ordered it for two and we couldn’t quite finish it… really good!!
