We stopped by Scoops and Subs tonight on a whim, and I’m so glad we did! I was craving ice cream, and this spot popped up in my search. I always prefer supporting local businesses over chains, and this place was perfect.
The owner happened to be working, and we loved hearing the stories behind each milkshake—his passion for what he does really shows. You can tell he’s a family-oriented person, which made the experience even better.
My husband and I both got specialty milkshakes, and they were incredible—delicious, massive, and worth every sip! We’ll definitely be back.

Great experience. We ordered ice cream on Doordash once and it was so good the wife and I stopped by the store to have ice cream after having dinner out and it was awesome again. Alot of different flavors along with classics. Haven't tried the food, but can speak for the awesome ice cream and the friendly staff. Will support this local small business.

I enjoyed a warm peanut butter, triple chocolate brownie topped with butter pecan ice cream, whipped cream, extra pecans, and Carmel drizzle. This was so tasty!! This place is located in St. Joe ‘s Plaza dr. In Palm Coast. Just know this satisfied my sweet tooth!! Scoops & Subs stop in you will not be disappointed!!

Best milkshake I've had in a long time 10 out of 10 will go again!!!
If you asked me about this store, I would recommend it a thousand times without a doubt!!! I asked them for a chocolate/cookies & cream cake for my birthday and my cake was perfect. It exceeded my expectations and was just how I wanted it. And the fact that It was beautiful on the outside but It also was so good! And I loved that “Val” was written on it, so cute. The best chocolate cake I have ever tasted. Thank you so much. You are the best ❤️

Came to Florida to visit my friend, stopped in the shop to have the spicy Italian deluxe and it was delicious. The service was amazing and the wait time for the food is not noticeable because there is an old school arcade game in there. Definitely will return for some nachos and a banana split. And yes I will get on a plane from Michigan just to come down here for the food, service, and atmosphere.
