Smoothie King

Smoothies are way too runny and flavorless. Too expensive for them to not be good.

English is my third language. When I get to the speaker to let them know that I was there to pick up my order there were some issues I guess understanding me through the speaker and the way that they address that they didn't speak Spanish 1 hour speaking with you it was the aquarium in the minutes since the persona and the client and the customer becomes to buy products from you is unacceptable that you are going to already pay for an order and you're going to treat customers that way.

The smoothies are yummy and the employee was polite when I was trying to figure out how to use the app.

Ordered a smoothie bowl online and when my boyfriend went to pick it up, he said the girl working was rude towards him. No one else was in there and she told him she hasn't started it yet and that she was cleaning, then she continued cleaning. That's side work though. Okay no prob, we waited an additional 15-20. When we received the bowl, it was only filled about halfway with the smoothie and the hazelnut drizzle was huge globs of hazelnut. For $11 and with the window advertisement, I was expecting to have more smoothie / coconut base so that was just disappointing is all. I've gotten this in the past from this location and it was delicious in the past. This time around the customer service and food was just not on point.

Lady that took our order not very pleasant we asked for pecan ice cream instead of yogurt for the pumpkin delights and add cinnamon because my grandma can’t have yogurt and she sounded rude and nasty the man that helped us pay was very nice and lovely but he had went on break so the lady that took our order was about to hand the drinks we asked for it in a styrofoam cups and she put them in plastic grandma said “ oh honey we asked for styrofoam cups” and before my grandma could say sorry the lady walked away while rolling her eyes then she handed us our drinks and she handed us straws my grandma kinda snatched them and drove off we took a sip and she only switched yogurt for pecan ice cream instead one (we said both) and didn’t add cinnamon

I don’t know the girl and boy that’s currently working the shift right now but I have for a pb swizzle with extra peanut butter and granola & was given this came back around said I would like it remade because the bananas were not chopped and the peanut butter was not drizzle at all as you can see & they proceeded to bring me back my same bowl with just cutting the bananas. I have put what the bowl should look like I won’t be back if this continues on how the bowls are being made

The lady working on Thursday at approximately 3:10 p.m. was the rudest person ever we had to stand in there and wait and wait and when I said hello cuz he was in the back she came out mad and slam and stuff just rude two other people walked in and she is just rude to everybody needs to move on and find a job she likes. Also Asked for Kale and she did not put any in it.

Ordered a co co bowl with honey. Have had one before at a different location and it was amazing!
The frozen bottom was just that. Still frozen through. The one that I had before was smooth. I couldn’t even get the spoon through it easily. It was actually crumbly and falling apart! There was way too much granola filling it because something had to fill the bowl. I think that something was done improperly and I didn’t say anything about in the store. Maybe I should have. Trained improperly????

The location is a hit or miss. They run out of stuff and didn't know how to refund an online order. 2 months later, the girls with attitudes don't know how to make thw uses correctly thw first time. Hopefully they will get someone who cares soon or they will be out of business
