Got there at 8:44pm when Google says they close at 9pm. No one there, lights off.

Ethan was definitely an outstanding worker. He was very nice, took care of me and my family and made sure to give us a warm welcome. Overall great experience and will be coming back.

I sat with my daughter in the car for about 20 minutes in the drive-through to get one smoothie! It was Tuesday afternoon at 4:30. They took a very long time with the The driver in front of me. And when I pulled up to the window, It took another 10 minutes! There were only a couple customers inside at the counter. When I asked the server at the window, what was taking so long? She just said with a grim face that they were busy.

This was my first visit to Smoothie King, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I went through the drive-thru simply trying to get an idea of what was offered on the menu. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, the team member insisted that I ‘read the board’ and spoke to me in a rude and short manner. Her attitude made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, and as a result, I quickly placed my order just to get through the interaction. Customer service is a huge part of the experience, and I left feeling disappointed rather than excited to try Smoothie King for the first time.” Naomi was the drive thru employee. Very unprofessional.
This smoothie King is disgusting. It’s so horrible and it needs to go away. It is no place for it to be in palm coast at all the caliber of the people that they are horrible. This is the second experience I’ve had at this movie. The first one was a pregnant girl who was so horribly speaking unprofessional while customers were ordering smoothies. This happened like two weeks ago, and I let it go the fact that she was speaking so nasty like the way she was speaking with inappropriate language at work was disgusting now I just left there. I did Online order and came to pick up my order late and I asked them to make it over the response from the team that worked in there today is disgusting. The young lady that was there threatened me. She’s horrible with her job when I asked a manager they would not even give me that information. I don’t know if this movie is owned and operated franchise or corporate, but somebody needs to coach this team this team lacks professionalism etiquette And just customer service overall at this particular location is disgusting!!!
From my encounters, I really appreciate that the service from each staff member is always excellent and so kind! My smoothies are always on point and delish! And this location is clean, bright and welcoming as well. 10/10 all round! 💯

Smoothies are way too runny and flavorless. Too expensive for them to not be good.
English is my third language. When I get to the speaker to let them know that I was there to pick up my order there were some issues I guess understanding me through the speaker and the way that they address that they didn't speak Spanish 1 hour speaking with you it was the aquarium in the minutes since the persona and the client and the customer becomes to buy products from you is unacceptable that you are going to already pay for an order and you're going to treat customers that way.
