Went in Monday night around 715 and ordered a Cuban. I asked for the pork to be sliced thin. Food came out and the sandwich was a little on the dark overcooked side but edible. I took a bite and couldn't even bite through the pork. I open the sandwich and there is 3 super thick slices of pork that were like biting into rubber. I told the server just to bring me some thin sliced pork to remedy the problem. She comes out 2 mins later very friendly but informed me the slicer has been cleaned and it's shut down for the night and they are hand slicing the pork. Epic fail Sonny's... First the salad bar and Brunswick Stew, now they don't even slice meat.

I used to love this place, but I have just eaten my last meal here. Aside from taking away the salad bar and using COVID as an excuse three years later, your portions are ridiculously small for what you are charging - I'm done.

I love this Sonny's ... Came here on Valentine's Day and had to get our food to go, Caitlyn made sure everything was accurate and delicious. It was so super busy and she was really holding it down. Kudos!

1st time at Sonny's & I totally enjoyed it, got the Sweet Carolina (didn't take a pic but I should have), it was delicious, unfortunately I had a hugh bone in my sandwich (not uncommon & it happens) and our server was nice enough to take the sandwich off of our bill, I will definitely be back.Parking: Lots of parking spaces availableWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility

Today I went to eat with my family but I had an unpleasant moment because they did not want to serve us and it was 9:18 and they said that “the food was cold” I left very upset because they did not want to serve us, what a bad service.
Basically it was the worst service because they didn't want to serve me and my family didn't either, which is why I didn't like the bad service they gave. The worst of all was that it was 9:18 and there was still time for them to serve us and they didn't want to.
