We love our Palm Coast Starbucks! The batista are all hard workers, and the orders are always spot on. The seating inside is small but cozy, and there is a patio outside as well.

Coffee was great as usual, I ordered a head on the mobile app and it was ready exactly on time..however staff could improve attention to detail. My coffee was overflowing and the cup, and cozie were soggy. It made a mess in the car.

I ordered one tall, hot chocolate, and one tall chai tea latte when I went to lift the chai tea latte out of the cupholder of my car they neglected to put the appropriate size top on therefore, that sticky sweet mess spilled all over the interior of my car. Then I taste my hot chocolate and realized all it is was full of is hot milk with no chocolate in it at all. I called the store to let them know what happened And all I was met with was attitude and that I was putting them out. I had zero apology from whom ever answered the phone and said the only way I could receive a refund is by coming back to the store that they would remake it and offer me a refund . Great other than they were closing in 2 min. My biggest issue is the follow-through , the actually giving a damn about doing your job and the customer service. Needless to say it’s horrible and ridiculous.

My issue is not so much with the staff or the establishment itself, but with whoever decided to build it here. The location… I can’t think of a worse spot for a business. The parking lot is incredibly small. You can’t park near Starbucks, and even if you manage to, you’ll get blocked by the drive-thru line, which sometimes stretches almost onto the neighboring road. There’s so little space for cars that they block the way for everyone else trying to enter the area. On top of that, at the intersection where this endless line forms, it’s nearly impossible to drive through. It’s just constant chaos. I absolutely hate this location. It’s ridiculous. Who in their right mind thought building it here was a good idea? The Starbucks itself is fine, but the location is unbelievably awful.

I don't usually go to Starbucks, but this establishment had me blown away. I had great customer service from Nevaeh who handled my order very quickly and gave me a tremendous order recommendation. Worth the hour drive and would suggest trying the "Glindas Pink Potion" everytime!

This location is important to the community on this side of the city. It was recently remodeled. It is modern inside. The sitting area inside was sufficient, but now it has been reduced significantly. The service is hectic because of the volume of people that go there. The orders are delayed, and if you get something to eat, that is ready before your coffee is delivered??? . They just have 2 barista machines, and they work nonstop. People have to wait a long time for their beverages. The music is loud ,not the lounge type. The atmosphere here is not nice and relaxing. Something is happening to starbucks!!!!! Very sad to witness...
Parking: The parking lot of the store itself is somehow insufficient and not designed properly . If you park there, most likely, you will be blocked by the cars going to the drive-through. However, the shopping Plaza in front of it has plenty of parking places.

This location is an absolute joke. There is always something wrong. Service is extremely slow. Oftentimes, no matter the time of day, the line snakes out to Palm Coast Parkway. Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for your order. And no, even if you go inside, it’ll still be slow. The espresso machine has been broken down on numerous occasions. They don’t tell you this ahead of time on the app so you find out when you get to the drive-thru.
The employees are rude and always look depressed. There is no sense of customer service at this location. The coffee is old. My husband and I actually both have a stomachache right now as I write this review from this morning’s (last ever here) coffee. The drinks are constantly made wrong or missing an ingredient that you probably paid extra for. Shut this location down!
