Absolutely terrible service. Staff ignored me for over 15 minutes while my order was sitting in a bag on a counter far beyond my reach, getting cold. One rude lady employee decided to take time out of her busy schedule to notice me and place my order right in front angrily with no apology for the long wait. For the majority of my past visits here, employees are rude and unapproachable.

Had great service from Sara & Luke. Drink I was made right. All the more we enjoyed our birthday rewards with a white choc raspberry hot coffee & pink drink with cold foam. Super happy with our rewards and service.

My bf was so excited to try this drink he saw on social media and they put cinnamon on top instead of the caramel drizzle and the crunch he paid like 2-2.50 EXTRA for :( Then they drowned my drink in caramel drizzle instead when I didn’t even pay or request that . Even after profusely mixing mine u could see it still piled on the lid and the bottom of my drink .

This Starbucks location is constantly out of food and coffee products. There are many times we go here and tried to order food and we tried to order 3 different items only to be told they are out of it. Today we went there and asked for brown sugar shaken espresso iced they were out of oat milk they were out of classic sugar . We often times have to find a new location which is very inconvenient for us! We spend a lot of money at Starbucks and have been constantly disappointed with this location. I must say staff is exceptionally they are always friendly and kind but what good is it if we can’t ever go to this location. Sincerely sad loyal customer
