so i was there and i showed her what i would like and i apologized for my hand shaking and she said “its alright live your just like me” so she was just the sweetest person i have ever met snd would really recommend her but i sadly do not have her name, she saw it was a hello kitty frap and drew hello kitty on my cup and she was just so nice. she did have red hair and was really pretty and sweet thats all i know :) (it was also perfect and delicious!)?

Paid for a coffee well over 30 mins to get it...... Drive thru has a line going into the parking lot next door. It's like this every day here. I don't know why I keep coming back here instead of going to literally any other starbucks

Online ordering a Refresher, one of the simplest drinks to make, took 30 minutes to get. They prioritize the drive thru at the expense of online orders. Even though the had 9 people working. Need some work flow adjustments, IMO. Noisy place.

Says they close at 8pm. Got there at 7:40 & the lady said well I want to leave at 8pm so I close 30mins early..Then you shouldn't say U close at 8pm. Say You close at 7:30. Drove 15mins out of the way just to grab coffee for her to not be open when they say. Super frustrating when driving 3 hours. Only target starbucks I know that shuts down before hours. Unprofessional, rude & definitely not friendly..May 1st

Hannah, is the BEST barista in here—Hands DOWN!!! She was working the shift all by herself and she made sure to be attentive and responsive to all customers as promptly as she could while crafting the drinks to everyone’s liking. While their store was out of a few ingredients, Hannah was prompt to make helpful recommendations to my sister for her drink in which she really enjoyed! Shoutout to Hannah in all of her hard work! She’s the example of someone who deserves recognition and a raise—ESPECIALLY in the midst of hurricane preparations ?

Daily Starbucks customer. This was my first time at this location, worst experience at A Starbucks in 15 years. First slow which I can handle , second shortchanged $10.00 sorted that out got my money , third get to my truck and complete wrong drink . Go back inside she redoes my correct drink and again Luke warm at best . I could tell when I can back the first time she had an attitude. So third time she made me wait while she worked on other drinks it wasn’t until I asked for a manager that my drink was correctly made.
