This Starbucks is never lacking consistency with the rudeness of their workers on the weekends. I wish they could be that consistent with a very simple cafe latte. Almost everytime I come here and order the same exact drink that never tastes the same.

I’m giving ONE star because I think it’s pretty messed up the owner of this particular establishment is MAKING their employees work on THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS DAY, and NEW YEARS DAY! I think if you the owner will be with your family enjoying the day don’t you think they would like to be as well? NO I DO NOT WORK HERE OR KNOW ANYONE WHO DOES….I simply came through the drive-thru tonight and saw the hours posted! Hope you have a nice Holiday!

We asked for 2 hot blonde roast coffees and the were barely warm. Had a lot of grounds in the bottom of the cup. Very disappointing. We won’t be back

Parking: Jenesis was so pleasant her smile made my day.

We ordered on the app 2 hot coffees, 2 hot breakfast items and a cake pop. The coffees are cold and dripping down the sides of the cup. The sandwiches all have the cheese in the bottom of the bag but are also cold… not sure how that happens and we had to wait for the barista to be alert enough to notice that we needed napkins. Perhaps the employees at this location should have a coffee before they start their day.

The last few times I’ve been here it’s been a much more enjoyable experience. I’ve met Kerry(I think was his name) and he’s been very nice and pleasant.

I'm not a Starbucks person. Personally prefer dunkin, but I went to pick up an Uber eats order. Which should be ready when I arrived and it wasn't. Then multiple ppl came in after me and were severed before my customers 2 drink order was fulfilled. I ended up canceling it after 20 minutes. Women was extremely rude when I questioned if they had the order as I had seen ppl come in and be severed after I arrived.

I order Starbucks through Uber or go to the location 5 to 6 days a week. I ordered FOUR shots of espresso in my Java chip Venti Frappuccino. I am an espresso drinker and I like the bitter taste of the coffee. Half the time, more so lately, all of the time when I get my drink delivered to me, you can’t even taste the coffee. I order extra espresso so I know they have to put extra ice in it. Otherwise it’s very liquidy. I know the taste of espresso and the color that the drink should be, half the time the drink is more like flavored ice instead of Espresso. The color is very light. I know they fill the cup and dump the rest of it out. The espresso is probably in the blender that they dumped down the sink. I spend $500-$600 a month just at the location on RT 100. That’s a lot of money that that store will be losing. I’m going to stop using that location. There is a young African-American girl that works there. She knows who I am because I am there all the time. She is the only one that gives me the rest of the coffee in a small cup. She is wonderful. I wish she was there all the time.
