Wife likes it sometimes. Just never get the same service as Dunkin. Staff always seems to have an attitude or rude everyone I visit.

Super sweet, quick and helpful. I went around 1:15-1:20pm and there was a lovely man (I think his name was Devonne?) Who helped me at the drive through. He complemented my smile and energy. He was super helpful with recommendations and asked me how I was (genuinely and not fake). I definitely enjoyed the interaction and look forward to coming again!

If i could give zero stars i would honestly. The girl taking my order, i didnt get her name sadly, sounded honestly high speaking at the window and speaker. Had to wait almost 10 mins just for 1 singler coffee and no not complicated at all (large hot blonde vanilla latte, 9 pumps of vanilla and no foam). I then have the window opened not with my coffee but with a new girl Brooklyn who was trying to make me pay again so i see this locations communication is obsolete. Had to ask to get a coffee sleeve and stopper. Oh and the no foam request yea i got about half an inch of foam in my coffee. This is the worst experience ive EVER had at a starbuck and i most definitely will NEVER return to this location. The time, service, and quality isnt there. Go to the Target location across the street they take way better care of their customers.

The lines are very long, takes awhile for peoples orders to get made. But the taste is worth the wait 😜

This is what you get for $7.17 now? Ripped off, it seems.
I can tolerate being overcharged for a delicious coffee. But, to get a cup where approximately 1/3 of it, at the top, widest part, is filled with nothing but foam……that’s ridiculous.

The employees here for the most of them are great. However the company is failing them to properly do their job and serve their customers. I have never seen a starbucks have more IT/ system issues than I have at this location. Every other week their systems are down only allowing the app or cash, they ultimately have to close drive through to keep up with the system issues forcing customers inside and order ahead always down. These options are created to make customers have a quicker experience and it is just disappointing that this location seems to always have issues. The stress shows in these poor employees. Do better for them starbucks.

Although this staff is friendly and am disappointed of their lack of maintaining hand soap for the restroom. I have been there several times and the same problem continues to exist. I mentioned it to the staff and still nothing one fixed the problem. I think this is very concerning.

Been going here for 4 years. My order is almost never right 😭 a few days ago I got a frozen sandwich (in the drive thru and didn’t realize at first) today my brown sugar shaken espresso has no brown sugar syrup in it. Quality control needs work but the workers are usually friendly

I’m a frequent visitor of this particular starbucks. The people are very nice, the atmosphere is great (I love to come here to do college work), and 99% of the time my drink is made perfectly. My only issue is the drive-thru. I make my purchases on the app because anytime I have ordered my drinks at the speaker or the counter, they don’t get it right (that’s most starbucks, not just here), so for me ordering through the app ensures I receive my drinks correctly. I stopped going through drive-thru because the workers would constantly complain that ā€œI’m coming too earlyā€ despite the timing the app shows it will be ready. I tried to wait ā€œtheir timingā€ but in doing so, my drink was watered down, so I just started picking up inside, even when I wasn’t planning to stay. Today, I didn’t feel like going in, so I figured I’d try drive-thru. My app says my order will be ready in 9-12 minutes. My app showed my order was being worked on, so I showed up to the speaker around the 9 minute mark. I was told my hot food was ready, but it had only been 9 minutes and it takes 15 minutes for mobile orders, but this time they would push through my drink order, just letting me know for ā€œnext timeā€. My issue is, why is my HOT food ready way before my drink? & if the app is an immediate 15 minutes, why does it show different times then they state? Ordering through the app and getting in the drive-thru line should be for ā€œquickerā€ service, but yet I’d get my items ā€œquickerā€ and fresh if I just placed the order at the speaker or go inside. No one wants to spend these high prices for cold food (that’s meant to be hot) and watered down drinks. Unfortunately, my ā€œhotā€ food was cold, but my drink was perfect. This isn’t to knock the place, as they are overall a decent store, very friendly, and clean but I think a better system needs to be put in place for drive-thru mobile orders.

I went on a weekday and the place was completely closed due to the bathrooms being out of order. Not sure why they couldn't just put a sign indicating this and continued with business as usual. The code I ordered was OK but not great.
