not what it used to be. you walk in to a screen. they call you name you serve yourself. while you can "customize" your order, everything is extra. no table service at all. you don't tall to anyone. I really miss their pattie melts. the Frisco melt isn't as good. still has great fried. but not what it used to be.

Food was good. Onion Rings could have been hotter. My burger was very good though. Service was a bit slow for an off hour ( we ate around 2 pm).

We love Steak N' Shake, and get drive-thru meals regularly. Burgers are excellent, and made from ground steak; all shake flavors have been delicious. The best part is we can run errands at Wal-Mart and The Dollar Tree across the street, and make a quick stop on our way out! ?

Ok for a quick stop. Place was literally empty inside. Everything needs to be ordered at the kiosk with hardly any person to person communication. Seems that is the preference of the staff. Not planning to return anytime soon.
Food was ok. Service was quick. No one cleaned the tables. Had to search for a clean place to eat. Things have not been sanitized or wiped down for some time. Clear your own dishes place them in a disgusting area if you dare.

I frequent this particular establishment and find the food and service to be top-notch.Parking: The restaurant has a huge parking lot with a long drive-thru. There is plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Steak 'n Shake is wheelchair friendly from parking to seating to bathrooms.

What is going on with Steak & Shake in Palm Coast, Florida. One day they do not have whipped cream for their shakes, next time, no cherries. Today we waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes with cars in front of us and 8 cars in back. Then they would only take a certain amount of cars at a time.Short-staff, management problems, who knows, but some upper management needs to take a closer look or they will be going out of business

Been here for 15 years, after the business changed management or something a while back its been nothing but a downward spiral. Don't waste your time here, you'll be lucky to come out without food poisoning. Filthy sticky floors with roaches before the pandemic, and then the audacity to reopen with basically 0 staff available outside the kitchen. Glasses constantly reeked of egg, burgers started tasting strange and funny, fries can hardly qualify as "fried" with the wet slop they give you, and service is slower than a snail.
Guy was very nice made sure ff were ? hot??
