So Bad. Food is COLD.. Cost $17 for a cold double stack garlic burger extra garlic spread. NOTHING was on this burger it’s plain and double stack was like a plain cheeseburger from McDonald’s. It’s THAT BAD AND THIN and COLD. the onion rings no ketchup no nothing , I got like 6 onion rings and they are ICED COLD. I’m over Palm Coast. They can’t even cook RICE or serve you a Luke warm burger. Mine was like it came out the refrigerator. . Don’t order here. It’s pretty bad.

I had to leave one start for the following reason: It was going to be my first time at this place in Palm Coast, FL. BUT as soon as I enter in the restaurant, the odor/smell was horrible, horrendous, foul, fetid, putrid . It was a mix of old oil plus nasty dirty rags to clean the floors. I will try this place again in November to see if I can eat there. I will keep you posted of any changes (hopefully positive).

Waited at drive thru for 5 minutes no response then I drove up to window to order a Classic double meal with a coke. Waited 10 minutes for order after I paid. When I finally got the order and was ready to drive away I had to back up to the window because the fries were missing from my meal order.

One of the only places open late, and they closed early at 11:40. I just got off work and wanted food. The hours on the door say 12am, I saw all of the crew standing by the front door likely waiting to go. Why are you listing as open until 12 if you aren't? Why is management allowing them to break the rules? I am extremely disappointed, I will go spend my money somewhere else then!

Dystopian nightmare. No front of house staff, only kiosks. You have to scan a QR code on a slip that prints with receipt to fill your drink, but nothing to make this obvious. Shakes are served with whatever order is ready instead of the order the shake belonged to. It was disorganized chaos. I will never be back, despite having fond memories there. They are creating a future I want no part of.
