The chicken strips were overcooked and tasted and smelled old. The fries and shake were good though. There was no interaction with staff at all. You order at the kiosk and fill your own drink and go pick up your food from the counter when they say your name.

Steak and shake used to be my ho to comfort place, but now you have to order on a kiosk, and pick up your own food. They don't have the Royale steak burger, there us no wait staff, it's a very sterile unfriendly environment anymore. They lost a loyal customer that used to go 3 times every week for over a year straight. Goodbye steak and shake. R.I.P.

Horrible management is allowing store to run out of crucial items, and allowing employees to treat customers like trash. No large or medium fry cups, no large drink cups, no dr pepper. My partner ordered a burger and got ketchup on it that he didn't ask for (we know it doesn't come on the burger, we USED TO order it all the time) and pickles that tasted rotten. Not to mention, our pb chocolate shakes had no peanut butter.

What a dump. Haven't been to a steak and shake in years. I was shocked to see only kiosk and no actual real people. Place smells like a dump of foul garbage. Did not bother even ordering just walked back out the door. No intelligent life here and this is not for me

Ordered two shakes through the drive through. Both weren't what we ordered and asked for the correct ones. The manager at that time came to the window and very rudely said she heard the order and it was what they had given to us . I can see a mix up with one , but not both. Refused to give us the correct order. I visit the about twice a week. Can tell you that they have lost mine and my family's business. Will not ever go there again. Ms. Manager you need to take a class in customer service. Very very RUDE...

This location has been out of lettuce, tomato, onions, milkshakes, cheese sauce for over a week. Why doesn't someone go across the street to Wal-Mart and buy some of these items if the truck hasn't come?
The place stank like a sewer, and they had zero veggies available nor cheese ... They might as well close shop and go home... ??????

Nasty place one of the employs used the bathroom and did not wash his hands tables were filthy men's bathroom was nasty urine and green mold on toilet on urinal I have pictures I'm scared to eat at another one it used to be a good place seems like quality control went out the window
