So i went in today and got helped by a guy who appeared to be the manager I went to order my Rotisserie chicken footlong with purple onions only to be told We only have regular chicken sir and what size sandwich and we have red onions there's no such thing as purple onions sir.
He seemed very annoyed at the fact that I'm hard to hear and when I pulled out my phone to show my order typed out he seemed to be more annoyed. Here I was excited to have lunch at this location only to leave disappointed and with a disgusting sandwich that was barely toasted and tasted like the ingredients were out all day and the soda machine only included stale soda.

Go to any other Subway but this one today I saw why they're rated 3.5 stars.

Wanna waste your money? Then visit this one. The manager and employees should fix their attitudes. Thank you for reading and Eat fresh ELSEWHERE!

Ordered 4 footings online. Two were F up. Like literally nothing on except bread and tiny bit of meat nothing else. It’s as if they were too busy and weren’t paying attention. I didn’t make a fuss I just returned the two Incorrectly made sandwiches and had them remake it.

I was helped a few days ago by a kind young woman named Brielle. This young lady was very enthusiastic and definitely changed my mood. I’m deaf so ordering fast food can be a hassle at times. When it came to be my turn to order I let her know that Im deaf. She without a second thought went and got me a pen and some paper so I could able to tell her what I would like. Normally people get frustrated with me but she kept a positive attitude and a smile on her face the whole time.

We have order twice and both time we order a salad and they made a bread bowl not a salad when we call them. They act like they can’t hears us and hang up. First time my wife take a picture of the bowl and they can’t get it right

I went 2/20/23 at around 7:30ish. A young man and woman were working. They were so patient and kind to an older patron who seemed very confused. I stood for multiple minutes behind her as she had questions about one specific part of her order. I never mind, but workers tend to get frustrated or stressed about these things. I could tell she had been being helped for a while. He repeated things multiple times for her, he spoke so professionally and respectfully. The woman also tried to help her as well with the same kind attitude. Once I came up, they were so kind to me as well. Such sweet people.

Went on the 10th of Nov, 2022. The male server had a nasty attitude the whole time, would forget ingredients and act like it’s my issue. He forgot my cookies after checkout and when he was asked about them, he gave a snarky response abt “washing his hands” when it was obv he forgot because we started walking away and noticed they aren’t in a bag. Everything was an issue for him and I felt really uncomfortable the whole time
