I was helped a few days ago by a kind young woman named Brielle. This young lady was very enthusiastic and definitely changed my mood. I’m deaf so ordering fast food can be a hassle at times. When it came to be my turn to order I let her know that Im deaf. She without a second thought went and got me a pen and some paper so I could able to tell her what I would like. Normally people get frustrated with me but she kept a positive attitude and a smile on her face the whole time.

I went 2/20/23 at around 7:30ish. A young man and woman were working. They were so patient and kind to an older patron who seemed very confused. I stood for multiple minutes behind her as she had questions about one specific part of her order. I never mind, but workers tend to get frustrated or stressed about these things. I could tell she had been being helped for a while. He repeated things multiple times for her, he spoke so professionally and respectfully. The woman also tried to help her as well with the same kind attitude. Once I came up, they were so kind to me as well. Such sweet people.

We have order twice and both time we order a salad and they made a bread bowl not a salad when we call them. They act like they can’t hears us and hang up. First time my wife take a picture of the bowl and they can’t get it right

Went on the 10th of Nov, 2022. The male server had a nasty attitude the whole time, would forget ingredients and act like it’s my issue. He forgot my cookies after checkout and when he was asked about them, he gave a snarky response abt “washing his hands” when it was obv he forgot because we started walking away and noticed they aren’t in a bag. Everything was an issue for him and I felt really uncomfortable the whole time

My husband and I went there I didn't order but my husband did got home and his sandwich cheese was stuck to the white paper they put on there he had too take all the cheese off and throw it away because it was stuck to the paper the guy who made it didn't care how he made it and I think he was prejudice neither sandwich was good I really had a bad experience will never go their again ?

What good is a sandwich that is so wet you don't unwrap it you literally pull the soaking wet paper apart? No thank you. I'm not hungry anymore.

the employees act like they don’t want to be there for one. it’s inside of a walmart so i don’t know what i was expecting, they have bad attitudes. my mom (english isn’t her first language) went to order and she didn’t hear what the guy asked and out of nowhere he yells in a way that was very off putting what he said. very rude would not recommend they also basically threw my sandwich at me.

There was no one in line as we were only ones there. We actually went 2 times in a week. Both times, no one else there and one employee. 20+ minutes for 2 small easy subs. The young man working had no personality, didnt say hello or speak to us at all. The floor was very dirty and there was a spot that someone spilled something and I had fallen into the table and chairs. The young man just laughed. We will no longer go to this Subway in Walmart. The turkey was extremely slimy and veggies were wilted. As soon as we got home and took a bite, we threw them out.

With Subway you always know what you're going to get. The staff here is usually nice and they follow the "how to build a sub" rules to a "T".
