First time in this store. Kid working didn't even acknowledge my presence when I walked in, no worries. Take out order was ready, at least, so that's good. Ordered 2 subs on two different types of bread. Bread on both was tough and stale. Tasted like it had been refrigerated, maybe a couple times. Won't order t/o from here again until I order in store and check out the bread freshness. Or, there is a local sub shop very close that is ALWAYS good!

Shabbat is the best! I won't go to any other Subway or let anyone else make my sandwich because she does it so amazing! Garrett is also really great and very friendly!!!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering through their app. The employees couldn’t be bothered to make it correctly the first time, had to take it back and get it remade. Make sure you check your subs before you leave the store if you order online.

Added on review: after getting the sandwich remade it still wasn’t made correctly. I would just recommend going to a different location until the quality of their employees rise at this location.

Went in around 8:30 to one gentleman working (to what I could see), the store looked very clean as well as the bane aswell. The person making my subs was very perfessional and kind. He made me feel welcome and even at the end didn't flick or make a face when I showed him a coupon. He just took it and wished me well and hoped I came back. Wonderful Staff and Service. Will recommend for a sub spot!

Ordered on line, won’t do that again. Need to watch the sandwiches being built. The footlong The Beast only had 2 of 4 meats ( no turkey or beef) on it and no mayo when asked for extra. Staff very friendly on pickup, but didn’t get it right. When called the store, they wanted me to return to the store. From now on I will check the order before leaving or order in person.

Went in and asked for a pizza, and the guy behind the counter was very confused and said he didn't know how to make that. Then a girl yelled from the other side, "Pizza is only at Walmart locations." I was like, "Okay, just make a flatbread pizza." He looked like he was willing to, but she yelled again, "ONLY at Walmart locations, not here." I said, "They make pizza at any subway location where I'm from. It's not just a Walmart thing... it's just flatbread, sauce & cheese. " (The only thing this location wouldn't have is a box.) She just kept repeating that pizza is only a Walmart thing, so I left and went to the grocery store to get my daughter something else. My husband went on with our order of other items we wanted, while she sat in the back making faces and talking under her breath (VERY unprofessional). The order we got wasn't very good either. Very little meat and cheese on everything compared to what it's supposed to have. All I can say is I'm glad this isn't my local Subway.

I ordered a sub with extra pickles with other veggies, such as green peppers and lettuce, and this is how my sub came out. I won’t be going back to the subway nor doing online orders. I feel like my three dollar tip could’ve gone towards upgrading my sub. The girl who was working, what is this. At least taken to consideration that I tipped you and prices are expensive. I paid over $10 for the sub that has like two pickles.

Me and my wife went there yesterday to get us a sub. This was 8-31-2024 (Saturday Afternoon). We walked in and said "Oh the Subway Menu had changed a little". I ask the dark haired guy a question about a sub, and he wouldn't answer me or acknowledge me at all. He was about 2 feet from us behind the counter. My wife ask him a question and he wouldn't answer her. Then he said "Are you going to order anything?" We said can you answer our questions.. He wouldn't, so when he ask us if we wanted anything, my wife so NO, not from this place. As we were leaving, I turned back to look and he was just laughing. Patricia Forbes, I really hope that you get ahold of this guy and the other employees. They all looked like they didn't want to be there anyway. This is why your store has a 3.8 rating. Now it will be lower after this review. You need to get new employees Patricia. We will never be back and will discourage others to somewhere else.

I’d like to also say that Carolyn the supervisor is amazing. She goes above for and beyond for her customers.

My husband and I went in last night. The woman behind the counter wouldn’t even lift her eyes to look at us. We stood in there almost 10 full minutes she would not acknowledge us at all, and we were right in front of her. We knocked on the glass she wouldn’t lift her eyes up, we have been there for separate times and we have had the same experience at Subway the people in there. Don’t want to wait on people one other time there were four other people behind us and the guy that was working in there was so busy at 7:30 PM at night , doing the side work out on the floor that he didn’t even come behind the counter to wait on the people standing in line and they don’t close until 10 PM. We have the worst experience of our lives at that subway at the Winn-Dixie Plaza in Palm Coast Florida will never go back there again. They need to close that store down and get rid of everyone of those employees because they are worthless and they don’t want to wait , they just want to get the hell out of that store and the manager is absolutely worthless

At least offer me the chance to WAIT FOR FRESH MEATBALLS

I recently started going to this Subway every Tuesday for my favorite number 12 sub. I usually have good service but today there was a person working there that I had not seen before.His service and courtesy was lacking and I was very very disappointed.He didn’t read what went in the sandwich. I told him not a lot of Turkey he put a whole bunch in. Left out the bacon. Had to tell him to put Mayo and more onion as he put in about three slivers. Then he still forgot to put bacon in. Didn’t apologize instead continued to complain about something. Did not wrap the sandwich like it should have been. Was very sloppy. And then just put it in a bag and left it on counter and sai there it was and walked off.I suggest Subway you train your employees or some of them on good customer service.I go every Tuesday. Do you really want to lose good customers with sloppy employees who have all been great there except this person. What a shame I can’t give you that 5 star review.

Went ordered my footlong sub. Had the server toast my bread. While he was doing so I said no condiments on this. When the bread Andy meat came out of the oven, he laid the sub on the counter and waited on the next person who ordered 3 different subs. The man just continued to make the mans subs and continued toasting them. I stood there for at least five minutes watching him make someone's subs who came in after me. Finally he took my sub and started wrapping it up. I said hey I want some stuff on it. He said to me "You said you didn't want anything on it." I said " I did not. I said no condiments and condiments are mayo, oil and it Isn't vegetables". His reply was Oh. Then I told him what I wanted on my sub. I'm 73 years old and should not have to wait all that time for my sub. It's a disgrace
