Anytime you order online they never toast the sub. After a handful of times of this happening I finally said something and the manager insisted I was wrong. You could clearly see it wasn’t toasted and the sub was cold. I was told it was from sitting even though they didn’t even have time to get it to the pick up area before I showed up. And I make subs for a living so I know what a toasted sub looks and feels like!!

Pay extra for extra meat and get 3 pieces of turkey and 3 pieces of ham. Asked for extra veggie and barely got any. They didn’t even put mayo. Completely disappointed and waste of money.

This is the only subway I will go too.. I believe she's the manager or lead but she's always on it and verry considerate of my orders when I make changes or special requests. Id recommend this subway every time 100% as she is verry sweet and the place is generally pretty clean and kept up with.

Skimpy sandwich’s. Workers had no personality or pleasantries. Walk like zombies worst subway sandwich and wrap we ever had. Stay away. Go to Publix for a good sandwich at the same cost.

This is a very well well ran Subway. Passing through on our way home from vacation, and the restaurant was very clean and the food was fresh. It was a nice change from most Subway restaurants I have visited recently. The staff was super friendly and took pride in the food they served and the way they greet customers.

Gave my whole family food poisoning! Don't know if it was the drink machine, the cookies, or a sick worker. But we've been sick all day since eating there yesterday! Including my toddler.

I didn't eat or buy anything but I rode my bike there at like 10pm cuz I really had to use the bathroom cuz I just drank something I got at target across the street. My bathroom experience was really really good I will becoming back to ye tha bathroom here again thank you for having a nice batnroom
This subway had the nicest employees they were working well together and very efficient! All ingredients were fresh as well!! We had two tuna 6 inch sandwiches!

They don't have separation between veg and non veg. They use the same dishes to work with meat and veggies. Atleast you guys should change the gloves between different customers to separate non veg from veg. Also using the same knife to cut nonveg wraps and veg wraps. Never going back again. Really sry to say but didn't not have a good experience with Subway at East Moody.

I just placed an order with the app. Door dash driver delivered meal without the drink or chips. He stated that the store told him that I only ordered the sandwiches. My receipt clearly shows the drink and chips. Trying to call Subway and they will not answer phone. Not satisfied with service.

Was reading the reviews for the past few months of the year and it didn't look good but it looked like the store was coming back so I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered online through the app at 8:00 in the morning for a pickup time at 1:15 in the afternoon. I got there a little early and the store was clean There were a few people in there they asked me what was up and I told them and they said they're working on it now. Two delightful young ladies Ella and Leighton. We're friendly and cheerful. I'm happy to say it was a pleasant overall experience
