This subway had the nicest employees they were working well together and very efficient! All ingredients were fresh as well!! We had two tuna 6 inch sandwiches!

They don't have separation between veg and non veg. They use the same dishes to work with meat and veggies. Atleast you guys should change the gloves between different customers to separate non veg from veg. Also using the same knife to cut nonveg wraps and veg wraps. Never going back again. Really sry to say but didn't not have a good experience with Subway at East Moody.

I just placed an order with the app. Door dash driver delivered meal without the drink or chips. He stated that the store told him that I only ordered the sandwiches. My receipt clearly shows the drink and chips. Trying to call Subway and they will not answer phone. Not satisfied with service.
Was reading the reviews for the past few months of the year and it didn't look good but it looked like the store was coming back so I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered online through the app at 8:00 in the morning for a pickup time at 1:15 in the afternoon. I got there a little early and the store was clean There were a few people in there they asked me what was up and I told them and they said they're working on it now. Two delightful young ladies Ella and Leighton. We're friendly and cheerful. I'm happy to say it was a pleasant overall experience

Today I went around 1130am with my husband. We would go to this place for many years since it was next to my business.
They had a new person building my sandwich and she had very poor training. She could not make a sandwich correctly: for a foot long she only put meat on half my sandwich, same for my husbands meatball sub. I asked her to toast my sandwich and she did not use a tray to toast it and she only toasted for 10 seconds. The bread was hard. The meat fell out so I asked for more to replace what dropped and they charged me for the extra meat when it was their mistake. Staff couldn’t even wrap the sandwich correctly. I paid $25 for 2 poorly made sandwiches.
Their staff is not trained well. A line grew behind me because of how delayed she was in making sandwiches.
I felt so bad for the girl, I do not blame her. It was clearly her first day and she was not trained correctly to do the job. There were 3 other employees there and they did not help her.

I haven't eaten at Subway in a long time. After indulging in the new monster sub, I was very pleased and satisfied. The friendly service that I received was outstanding. The young man and the young woman behind the counter were very courteous, attentive, and exceeded all my needs for my sub. Sub. Thank you Subway for outstanding subs

I ordered 2 foot long subs with DOUBLE meat and after I picked them up and returned home, I opened the sandwiches and neither one of them had DOUBLE meat (which I paid $3.50 extra per sandwich).

I have no idea what happened to this store because it used to be the better one of them in town but it is not it any more. I ordered a sandwich for pick up on the app, veggie delight with all extra veggies. I picked it up and there was like bare minimum amount of veggies lol. I was very confused but still ate that flat sandwich. Are they scared to give extra? Was someone verbally abused by the manager for giving someone extra veggies one time and now they’re not gonna risk it again?? I need answers here.

We ordered online to pickup and after we got home to eat our sandwiches were missing vegetables, the bread type was incorrect also the breads were very thin and small compared to other Subways. We were disappointed. The restaurant wasn’t even busy to make these many mistakes so I don’t know if it was intentional, lazy or a technical issue ordering online because we checked the app right after and the items we added was correct also on our receipt it had the items.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered a sub off of door dash and there was no option to add sauce packets, so i tried calling the store 3 times and they just kept ignoring my call. Had to eat a dry sandwich, very disappointing.

This subway is the best! Sandwiches are always so delicious and they have great sandwich artists! Service is great and it’s always so clean in there! We always stop when we come to Palm Coast.
