We just beat the lunch rush, so our experience wasn't bad, but once people started coming in the line got really long really fast. I saw several people leave before ordering. Glad we got there when we did.

The angry hateful darker skinned woman was telling me its not allowed to have more than literally the amount of vegetables she barely put on.. so no overlapping tomato, cucumber, barely a green pepper and I got a non meat sandwich...she said that's the rules then a obese middle age light skinned male chimed in like two hate-filled bullies. Then she GENEROUSLY made him a sandwich.If I drive by and see those two there I do not buy sandwiches anymore.

walked in hearing the employee complaining about time he informed me they were out of chicken, meatballs, ham ect i said bad management he asked me if i would like to do his prep work i said no he turned to take care of the bread then turned to me and said your still here I'm not serving you and kicked me out he obviously was having a bad day but he should be able to control himself better than that doesn't belong in a service business

Been ordering here for a while. Got a sub delivered, pulled exact 4 slices of roast beef from an entire footlong. They also forgot my drink. But more importantly.. 4 thin slices of roast beef is a literal joke.

Yesterday I waited 20 minutes for it to open at 8 in the morning at 8.05 am when there was no one there, the man was outside with another person smoking and he attended to us because he had to finish smoking apparently it was even marijuana because I could smell the smell. I hope the owner checks the cameras and sees what his employees do and the mistreatment of customers. I will never return to that place as long as that employee is there.

I normally never have an issue but on thos visit my sandwich artist must of been brand new because he had to keep looking at the menu for all sandwiches as well he didn't place the toppings on very well. And I know you shouldn't complain about getting extra without asking, but he put so much cheese on my sub that it was at the point of being inedible. He needs to be retrained on how to make the food and hand washing, I watched go from mopping the floor to making subs without proper handwashing.Vegetarian options: They odder a large amount of toppings for there subs, I wish they still had there veggie pattie still.
