For 3 years I've been coming here with my family, and the service has always been top-notch. Last Saturday, however, the quality of service completely collapsed. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and after ordering, we waited another 30-35 minutes. To our surprise, the order was incomplete; two people in our group waited another 15-20 minutes for the rest of their order, which finally arrived when everyone was already getting ready to leave. Not the best experience 😕 our server was awesome. He was friendly and accommodating. Our order consisted of hibachi filet,lobster tempura roll and Cali roll. Filet was good according to my daughter's BF. I got the lobster tempura roll. Something was off. It tasted old and musty. Took 1 bite and sent it back. My daughter had the Cali roll and took 3 bites and said something was wrong with it. Well she puked the whole way home. Had to pull over 3xs. Disappointed considering...

We love this place. The only downside is 1 person (server) who has super negative energy and never smiles. I love the food and service when she isn't there. The other girls are excellent servers!
