I was very pleasantly surprised with how good the food was here! I am a foodie and I am also from New York, so really good food is fairly easy to find there. The sushi was fresh, tasty and not at all fishy. The photo is the red dragon roll. The miso soup was delicious and the cucumber salad was also very flavorful. I wish the cucumbers were a little more crunchy, but the flavor profile was great regardless. I will for sure be coming back here!
The sushi was some of the best my husband and I have ever had. We tried the Philly and Hammock Beach roll. We also had the cucumber salad and miso soup. The server we had was fantastic. It's a bit pricey for sushi but worth it.
This was one of the worst vacations I've ever had. I did use credit card points that I saved for two years to book this room! It was a premium suite in the main tower with an ocean view. I was so excited when I finally earned enough points to book this place. . The total bill was ridiculously expensive, which is why I worked so hard to save my points to book it ! The room seemed outdated and had a weird smell to it. Then we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. The first day we arrived It was raining so they had the pool and the pool bar and restaurant closed which I can understand if there's thunder lightning nearby however we arrived around 3 PM and it stopped raining around 4 PM and the sky was clear and sunny yet they did not open the pool for a few more hours. When my friend and I arrived there. We were very hungry because we were excited about our trip and wanted to wait till we arrived to eat. However, we were unable to get food anywhere. We walked the pool where the waitress were sitting there on their phone to tell us that everything was closed due to the weather. They said, however, the Atlantic Grill was opened. We walked over to the Atlantic Grill in the rain around 3 PM to be told. They don't serve food until 5 PM just drinks and all the other restaurants were closed as well till 5 PM .The next day they had the alarm go off in the hotel once in the morning and once around 8 PM, which both ended up being a false alarm. Multiple times during the day their computer systems "went down" and they were unable to assist us not to mention how much money we spent Just eating and drinking in one day . It also didn't help that while we at the pool the whole entire day there were gnats swarming you! Luckily, they were not the biting kind. Our waitress even mentioned that if she had bug spray she would give it to us because she knew how bad the bugs are there. We ended up making reservations for breakfast one morning at the Atlantic Grill and it was the worst service and food. For just two of us we were there for almost 2 hours for breakfast because our waiter kept disappearing for 15 to 20 minutes at a time we would constantly have to ask another waiter to find our waiter for us. Once we finally got Our food it was cold and I had to ask for my coffee multiple times, which I did not even receive until after I got my food . I would not recommend you stay here unless you want to waste a lot of your money on nothing. they also charge you a 3% surcharge for using your credit card however they do not accept cash. I will say that all the servers and staff were very friendly and kind and understood the frustration that my friend and I were going through. I'm just very disappointed that I worked hard, saving my points to book this place and had to spend so much money on food and drinks that I was very disappointed about. I understand that someone who has a lot of money would think this doesn't matter but someone like me who is a single mom and lives paycheck to paycheck and had to plan this trip for so long and experience nothing but disappointments seems like such a failure. I had such high hopes and was so excited for this trip and left with nothing but disappointment..

Sushi was fresh well prepared and delicious.
We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We called several times to make changes to the reservation and we never heard back from the front desk. Upon arrival, we had to walk through the middle of a meeting to get to our room. There was also “ring cameras” outside a personal room saying we were being recorded every time we walked by. The hotel was very outdated and dirty in areas. When arriving to our room, the balcony door was left unlocked and open. We would not recommend this hotel to future guests.
Extremely poor check in and customer service experience. For the price and quality of the resort I would not recommend.
Amazing food and overall great experience. I'm a huge fan of the Arizona roll, but really, everything was delicious. We really enjoyed our virgin Jewel of Japan as well!

Relatively simple sushi menu at the on-site restaurant, but well made. Go for the sashimi - it's a great value and very fresh!

The sushi is very good, clean modern facility, Ok service, The chairs were uncomfortable and the seat wobbled. Sushi rolls were not inexpensive but a better value than other places at the resort. They are open limited hours.
Beautiful location and facilities, friendly , professional and helpful staff, a variety of activities and restaurant options. Very relaxing environment!

All I can say is WOW!!!! The sushi here is so fresh! My husband and I are big foodies and we cannot say good enough things about this restaurant! We took a few friends out last night to the restaurant and the service was flawless! Thank you for opening this restaurant and not putting cream cheese in everything lol. That is a huge pet peeve of mine with sushi. We will be regulars and cannot wait to come back.I recommend the yellowtail appetizer and every roll we had was perfect. You can’t go wrong.
