Ordered food for delivery. Multiple drivers showed up to pick up my order. Store took over two hours and still didn’t make my order, even after I called them and DoorDash called them. Absolutely the worst service ever!!

Horrible experience, the team wasn’t pushing walk in orders through and they were only working drive thru. By the time they realized it, around 8-10 people had been waiting 30 minutes for food. This is just unacceptable and some prioritization and organization seems to be much needed at this location.

So I’m a little upset I just came through the drive-through. I ordered a number six specifically asked for beef Chalupa and they gave me chicken then when I called to see if they could make it right I’ve called six different times and it rings and rings and rings and then disconnects.

We placed an order at Taco Bell and when we got home, one of the items was missing. We had to drive back, wasting gas and time, and one person had to wait without eating because we had to go pick up what they forgot. This, along with other inconveniences, happened simply because someone at this fast food restaurant wasn’t paying attention or doing their job properly.
We called to report the problem and asked if they could offer any courtesy for the inconvenience. They told us that unfortunately, all they could do was replace the missing item. First of all, there was nothing to replace because they didn’t give it to us in the first place. I didn’t go to replace anything; I went to pick up something they failed to include in the order. Secondly, it seems disrespectful that they showed no interest in being courteous in a situation like this.
This lack of attention and poor customer service is unacceptable. Due to the way they handled this situation so discourteously, I’m giving them a low rating on Google. They clearly do not value their customers.

This taco bell has really great staff working the drive thru , they are always friendly and smiling I order from the app and pick up and my orders are always correct
This Taco Bell is a joke. Literally every time I come here something happens. The food is wrong, it’s made incorrectly, the staff doesn’t give a damn, or it takes over 15 minutes to get my food after I ordered it. Do not come to this location. It is 110% worth driving 13 minutes north to the good Taco Bell on Palm Coast Parkway that rarely has an issue ever.

Stopped on way back to Georgia..ordered for 5 they gave 2 hard tacos instead of soft..had go inside to swap yet they told us to keep the hard also and gave us a card for free taco to make up for the mess up. It was super clean Inside. To our surprise the tacos were very full lots of meat and all the toppings. Def more than most put in. Was fresh n hot too. Will stop back by on our next trip!
After driving 5 hours, I sat in a line that added an additional 30 minutes to my route. A van packed with bald middle aged men, each looking like a dehydrated Labrador with its head out the window proceeded to place the worlds longest order. Apparently they cleaned out the entire store since my $6 dollar crunch wrap supreme was more like a lettuce crunch wrap supreme. Apparently I also ordered a side of upside down nacho fries. The cashier told me my order was $19.01 and had the audacity to ask if I wanted to round up and donate to the Taco Bell foundation. I said no, maybe that’s why there were no napkins to clean up my dumpster fire meal. 1 star was generous. No mild sauce either but who cares since my dinner was vegan.
