Recently went to this location and placed an order for their craving box. When I got up to the window I let them know that they charged me 11.99 and their sign said 8.99. They told me that they were in the process of changing the prices in their POS system. I said well your sign says 899 and I ordered it because it was $8.99. They said they were sorry and if I wanted to take it off my order. I told them I wanted to get the item for $8.99. they said something about being a franchise and that they do not sell things for the same prices that the rest of the chain does. I told them that their sign had the $8.99 price and that's the price that they should honor. I told them that their practice of charging something different at at the register's from what is on THEIR sign is bait and switch and is illegal. They let me know that their DM would be in and that I could take it up with them in about 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. Definitely I will not be coming back!

We weren't happy with the Mexican pizza. Something is different now. The manager overheard our comment and took immediate action. He offered to replace the item with their new cantina burrito AND quesadilla. These are great, tasty additions to the Taco Bell menu. Goodbye Mexican pizza. Hello cantina!

The fastest Taco Bell I've ever been to. I've gone through the drive through and ordered through the app, both were very quick and very fresh.Vegetarian options: You can substitute any meat for black or refried beans.
I feel that courtesy and just good service is a commodity nowadays. So when I run into it, I've got to praise it. When I pulled up to do an order they greeted me immediately. I don't eat there often so I asked for suggestions. After getting to know me by asking me questions, the girl recommended the best option for me. Once it was time to pay, when I got my cc back, I also received my food. All of this happened in between 3 to 5 minutes. It was great!!! Good job Taco Bell!

National advertising for “$5 cravings box” also listed on their app. Click the link and the price changes to $8.99. No wonder they’re being sued for false advertising on other deceptive practices they’re involved in. Prices for the cravings box varied at other locations in the area but not one of the locations had the “$5 cravings box”. It now costs the same to get take out at an actual Mexican Restaurant. Which is what my family does now. Here we have another chain advertising pictures of their food which doesn’t match what you get. The food is always smashed in the bag. The only thing they’re constant with is missing items in your order. I had to start checking the order in the drive thru to make sure the order was correct and I received all the items I ordered. I was told to move along because they have a timer for their drive thru. I apologized but didn’t want to have to drive back due to the usual missing of items.This brand has become a joke. $7 for a Mexican Pizza!?!? Hahahaha

Hi this is something to take aware of let you know from customer's to corporate.this taco bell is taco bell food ok.i really don't know what happened to you prices have gone so high can almost go to a real Mexican restaurant for same price.my main reason writing this review is a warning this restaurant uses bait and switch it advertising,,5 dollars meals on website. After you click on it the price goes to 8.99 not the 5 .I understand different owners different prices but don't show us one price on your location then change like click bait bait and switch that's not right not far to all the customers.probley my last visit there.i did call customer service there looking into it also

I ordered 2 Gordita supremes and a crunch wrap supreme & 2 Chalupas.They had maybe a teaspoon of meat on all of them. And someone messed up and put some kind of weird ranch taking dressing on them instead of sour cream!! They were the most disgusting food I've Ever Tasted!!I would give the food ZERO STARS! TACO BELL USED TO BE REALLY GOOD.IDK WHATS HAPPENING TO THEM.
