what a shame. our waitress was fantastic. the food was delicious. very hard to enjoy as the hostess and busser ignored customers as they goofed off. it was noon and although just opened an hour ,the floors were filthy. bathroom toilets failed to flush,grime everywhere and filled trash and no paper towels. appeared as if near closing rather than just opening. we are from Texas and they would be ashamed of the conditions. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to leave a review on Texas Roadhouse website (and the in store Ziosk didn’t give me the option to type anything out) but I just wanted to thank our server today again for the amazing service we received from her.
