I can’t for the life of me figure out how to leave a review on Texas Roadhouse website (and the in store Ziosk didn’t give me the option to type anything out) but I just wanted to thank our server today again for the amazing service we received from her. Her name is Lucille. She was absolutely phenomenal. Being someone who has worked in the service industry for 15 plus years I’ve always given my tables the type of service that I would like to receive when I go out to eat and that very rarely ever happens but today it happened! Today I was blown away by the kindness, efficiency, and personality my family and I received. It’s hard to go out to eat with a 1 year old. Food arriving on time is a must when serving littles because the parents don’t necessarily get to enjoy their own meal if the food all comes out at one time. Lucille made sure we had a quality experience by not making us feel rushed to order our own food. She really was the highlight of my day because it was so nice to be served by someone who actually cares. I like to give credit where credit is due and this girl deserves some recognition! I hope one of the managers sees this post and actually recognizes the pride she takes in her job and thanks her for being an outstanding employee. Thank you Lucille for an amazing late lunch service and when we go back we will definitely be asking for you ❤️

Excellent service Makenzie. However the 20 Oz bone in ribeye was cut 3" at the bone down̈ to 1/8 inch at the prime. Ordered mid rare, was beyond Rare at the bone and we'll done on the thin cut side. Never should have served that cut, especially for 32.00

First time at Texas Roadhouse, we were really hungry so I forgot to take pictures. I had the portobello mushroom chicken, it was a little salty but other than that it was really good! My brother had the beef tips, he didn’t finish it so it’s definitely enough for 2 people he also said it was really good! The staff is really friendly and courteous, if we lived closer we would definitely be back to this location.

Keep up the good work Texas Roadhouse! From the second we entered the restaurant starting off with Caylie; the hostess. She was oriented, motivated & energized to greet us and take us to our table, promptly (with a smile). Ari, our waitress introduced herself within 30 seconds as we sat down. I observed and seen she had several tables and we all sat down at the same time. Ari went above and beyond and gave us all the same service; which was excellent service. The place was jammed packed and everyone worked well as a team. I also called to let the manager know as well, Selena. She was awesome as well. Thank you Caylie, Ari & Selena for the hard work and positive attitude that made our visit amazing!
Texas Roadhouse is such a vibe. Love to visit and eat here.
