Waited 2 HOURS in the curbside to-go for 3 things, watched about 6 people pull up after me and get their food and leave and i waited 2 HOURS and didn’t even get my food. I ended up leaving and bringing my business elsewhere. Get your kitchen together for christ's sake.

Overly LOUD, server took forever & kept making excuses to us. Pushy about ordering alcoholic drinks. Appetizers arrived after main meal. Steaks were mooing still. Ordered medium well & hubby ordered well done. Every time I order well done, it's burnt. Now on our to avoid list. Too many times this had happened. Wait time was 2 hour. Restaurant was 1/2 full.

Went in for Sunday dinner. It wasn't very busy. Our server was very nice, the food was good. I was a little disappointed with the cactus blossom onion. It was particularly small with not much in the way of onion. My wife had a couple of cocktails that were very light on alcohol. Our main meals were very nice, cooked to order and brought out hot.

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to leave a review on Texas Roadhouse website (and the in store Ziosk didn’t give me the option to type anything out) but I just wanted to thank our server today again for the amazing service we received from her. Her name is Lucille. She was absolutely phenomenal. Being someone who has worked in the service industry for 15 plus years I’ve always given my tables the type of service that I would like to receive when I go out to eat and that very rarely ever happens but today it happened! Today I was blown away by the kindness, efficiency, and personality my family and I received. It’s hard to go out to eat with a 1 year old. Food arriving on time is a must when serving littles because the parents don’t necessarily get to enjoy their own meal if the food all comes out at one time. Lucille made sure we had a quality experience by not making us feel rushed to order our own food. She really was the highlight of my day because it was so nice to be served by someone who actually cares. I like to give credit where credit is due and this girl deserves some recognition! I hope one of the managers sees this post and actually recognizes the pride she takes in her job and thanks her for being an outstanding employee. Thank you Lucille for an amazing late lunch service and when we go back we will definitely be asking for you ❤️

Excellent service Makenzie. However the 20 Oz bone in ribeye was cut 3" at the bone down̈ to 1/8 inch at the prime. Ordered mid rare, was beyond Rare at the bone and we'll done on the thin cut side. Never should have served that cut, especially for 32.00

First time at Texas Roadhouse, we were really hungry so I forgot to take pictures. I had the portobello mushroom chicken, it was a little salty but other than that it was really good! My brother had the beef tips, he didn’t finish it so it’s definitely enough for 2 people he also said it was really good! The staff is really friendly and courteous, if we lived closer we would definitely be back to this location.
