I picked out my own six ounce fillet steak and it was perfectly cooked. I also had a side of sauteed mushrooms and I spun the wheel when I picked out my steak and got a free loaded baked potato. My husband had the hamburger and french fries and chili, and the hamburger was huge. All the food was delicious. And all the staff were friendly and accommodating. I think our waitress's name was Jenny. But I'm not sure, but she was excellent. Best meal I've had in months!

Texas Roadhouse is one of our favorites. The atmosphere is fun, the food is delicious, the service is great, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. You can even be on a diet and get food that you don't feel like you have to go off your diet. You can depend on Texas Roadhouse no matter where you go.

A steakhouse chain should be experienced enough to cook your steak to the level requested. This is the second time that we dined here and our steaks were cooked incorrectly. Last time my ‘Medium Rare’ steak was ‘Well Done’ - tonight it was just the opposite. My steak was perfect and my wife’s ‘Well Done’ was ‘Rare’. The Waiter took it back and then brought out a charred Filet - 20 minutes later. The Staff apologized and the Manager took $8 dollars off our bill and gave us coupons for free Appetizers. We don't eat out much and just hope the restaurant improves as our options in Palm Coast are limited. As busy as the restaurant was tonight I don’t think losing a customer really matters as there are plenty of other Customers. The Manager did tell us to “Ask for Him” next time we dined but he didn’t tell us his name.

My partner and I come here slightly often and this was our first time dining with Janet. She was extremely friendly, personable, had the best attitude and was overall fantastic! Food was great, steak a little overcooked but very nice in flavor anyway. Margaritas were chef’s kiss - thank you to the bartender. Thank you all for all that you do :) we’ll see y’all soon!

what a shame. our waitress was fantastic. the food was delicious. very hard to enjoy as the hostess and busser ignored customers as they goofed off. it was noon and although just opened an hour ,the floors were filthy. bathroom toilets failed to flush,grime everywhere and filled trash and no paper towels. appeared as if near closing rather than just opening. we are from Texas and they would be ashamed of the conditions. I shutter to think what areas are like customers don't get to see. clearly poorly managed. tragic because wait staff is shorted and overworked and cook on duty is great at what they do. should have been an enjoyable experience But!

Just my kind of people. They were friends and fast. We ordered chili cheese dog, sauerkrauts and onions dog, philly cheesecake sandwich, regular fries and chili cheese fries. We had iced tea to drink. The total with tip was about $53. We will definitely be back.
