By far the worst at T-Flats in Florida. My suggestion, new management and new kitchen staff, my 4th time at this location, they can seem to figure it out. My food wasn’t even edible this time. I’m done.

At TF yesterday, the cashier was good and patient with the order. I forgot her name unfortunately. She also helped the family afterwards with the carryout boxes and bagging. That’s above any service I remember receiving at a fast food restaurant.

I ordered and paid for a burrito that I didn’t receive not receive with my order. The manager said she doesn’t get paid for uber eats orders which is ridiculously false! I’m not stupid! She kept hanging up on me instead of answering my question which was can I get what I paid for and didn’t receive another night? She just kept repeating that they don’t get money for uber eats and literally said they send free food out the door to uber eats. That’s insane! And not true! Need to add poor management to the list as well!

I went there, bought a mega bag of chips, tipped the counter. I was given two small bags of chips that were completely stale, cold, and unedible. They should check their food more often before handing out stale food.

Amazing location! The staff is always friendly and helpful! Izzy and Taylor are superstars and always make sure my experience is top tier! I visit this location at least twice a week! I highly recommend this location!

First time visitor traveling from Ohio. Izzy was very helpful and great told us about the special. Food was great and made to order. Manager Emma was amazing as well she came outside and checked on us after Izzy left for the day. She got us refills on our drinks. Both these women have amazing customer service and wonderful smiles. I would hire them for my business back in Ohio
