If you like nasty wilted lettuce on your salad this is the place for you!! Put all the lettuce on the bottom of the salad underneath the refried beans and chicken. So instead of a salad I got some sort of stu. I called to let them know and was told that “that is the standard way we make our salads. That is how all salads are made.” No apologies, no refund, just yup that’s how it’s made, do you need something else? Don’t waste your hard earned money here. Chipotle or Taco Bell would be a better bet at this point

Fast food texmex. Friendly staff. Food is hot (temperature, hate cold texmex). Portion is large.
We were staying across the lot at the Hilton Garden Inn. On a whim we tried the restaurant and were very pleased.

This location is the Best! They have great staff and management! Izzy, manager, is always super friendly, polite, and caring of your needs and wants here. The food is always quick, fresh, and tasty. We dine in on special deal days and the place is usually clean and inviting. Sometimes, we order a queso to-go, and it is always packaged perfect and stays hot till we get home. Thank you for the great service, weekly! We enjoy the atmosphere and food.

They put my food in the to go bag crooked and it spilled everywhere. The staff obviously doesn’t give one crap about customer service. They just want to shove you out the door already having messed up your food.

Nice establishment. Choose this location for lunch because the one in Daytona Beach is great. My food came cold, taste bland, and my queso was forgotten which I paid extra. Cashier took my order, then observed her giving people food without sanitizing her hands. Rate the food as a 2 🌟 🌟 Expected hot food at least. Everything else was tolerable.

Izzy is amazing. Let me start by saying I love Tijuana Flats. Three of us dined in about an hour before closing and our beef tacos were cold…very cold. Not only did Izzy personally remake the food, she gave us a credit. She’s so kind and professional. I truly appreciate her.
