I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. To top it off, they closed an hour before their supposed closing time without any explanation or consideration for customers. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be returning. You claim to have watched the videos so you should have been able to see who all spoke with me. I had a full conversation with the lady behind the bar and then 4 workers came out to tell me the restaurant was closed. Due to the time, I did not want to sit at the hibachi grill and was told the regular tables were closed. I asked if I could place a Togo order and was told the kitchen had been completely shut down.

My husband and I went here for dinner for the first time tonight. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. We sat in the bar area and was served by the bartender, Jen. Jen was prompt, funny and attentive. She answered all our questions about the menu. We had the steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi combo. We split the dinner and it was more than enough for two! And it was delicious! The manager stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking, he even cleared our plates! Tonight was our first visit, but it won’t be our last!

Would love to give a food review but never got the opportunity to eat. I took my wife here last night and we were greated by a not very friendly female red head hostess at the door who seamed like she didn't have time for us even though there was only two tables with two people at each. We sat ourselves and waited about 10 min with no service whatsoever, the hibachi table had maybe 8 people so we left and ended up spending our money at Salsas and had a much better experience, place was packed and still we were served quickly with good food and great service.

A fantastic hibachi restaurant for couples and families. The service is quick, food is great, and atmosphere is welcoming. The hibachi is delicious. The sushi is great, however each piece is on the larger side. I prefer less rice and a smaller one-bite size for my sushi, but wouldn’t change a thing about their hibachi. The hibachi experience is especially family-friendly and great for fun date nights. I recommend!

Went here for dinner as the wife was out of town and I didn't want to cook. I was very pleasantly surprized. Nicole the server made it the best. Very attentive and you could not ask for a more friendly person. I had the Filet and scallops. The filet was very tender and even the part I took home the next day was great. Tuna Sashimi was also great. Yea, I spent $100 for one person but that was on me....I pigged out and had a full lunch the next day. Probably the best restaurant for quality in Palm Coast. Two thumbs up Niclole and staff.

Enjoyed this restaurant several times. This pastime was a slight disappointment. Dylan, the owner, was excellent. he was very gracious, while we sat at the bar, waiting to be seated. What was confusing is that we had reservations and were asked to wait for our time to be seated, but yet a family of five came in just ahead of us without any reservations, and we sat right away. Which was fine because we had a drink at the bar and met Dylan.Once the Chef showed up at the hibachi station, it went down from there. Even the woman sitting next to me was questioning our experience. At one point she said, is it me or is he just cooking. There was no entertainment. There was no personality and the food was flavorless. I had to ask for my lobster before he overcooked it. it seemed like the girl was not hot enough to give the vegetables in the rice that good flavor. We go for hibachi for the entertainment and the social atmosphere and good food . It was very boring. $160.00 later. Ugg

All of our food came out a different times wifes shrimp tasted chemically and one of my sushi rolls was so fishy tasting I refused to eat it. The rice was cold no flavor. Crab Rangoon s were amazing we waited extra long time for them as they burnt the first ones. Waitress was nice mgr did take money off for bad food.

My family and I have patronized this restaurant multiple time but today’s visit would be our last visit. The chef came in he was friendly and asked what was being celebrated. We advised a birthday. The first part of the meal completed was the rice. We were given the rice and it was under cooked an crunchy. I told this to the chef in whom went to the kitchen and stated all of the rice was crunchy but he can provide extra noodles. Now this should have been our queue to leave… but we gave them the chance to redeem. The rest of the food was bland and was either covered with yum yum sauce or additional season was added. The server was kind and the only one to ask how was the meal. We were honest with her and told her it was not great and expressed our concern and she stated she will discuss with her manager. We completed our payment that had an 18% gratuity added (for subpar food and service) the birthday we explained we were celebrating was not even acknowledged. The manager did not come out until I requested to speak with him. At this point he offered an apology, took accountability for the under cooked rice, offered to do the bday song (as we were leaving) but nothing to make us even consider returning. Based on other responses I’m sure the owner can care less.
