We came across this place while walking our dog after a long day traveling on a boat. Service was excellent, the food was delivered very fast and everything we had was very good,. Enjoyed the Ban mi, pho and a new one on us, the pho without the soup! Dog friendly too! Reasonable prices and decent portions.

Guess I should have had read the reviews before going; the guy does not have Customer service skills at all; He gave us the wrong drinks, when I told him it was wrong he got a rude attitude like if we were asking for something free. I just told him to forget about it and left before I said something mean. DO NOT expect good service at this place!

The Pho was very good, the place is in a very nice plaza with other reataurants around it. Only bad thing is that they serve us in plastic bowls, with plastic utensils and veggies came in a sandwich ziplock bag..

Its a horrible pho I ever had in my life. It reminded me a Viet Cong's phofew years after they took over Vietname 1978. That's how the service the food just like Tram's Pho.

Love everything we’ve ever had from here. The roast pork pho and coconut boba tea is my favorite combination. The customer service is so nice. Highly recommend.

Found this while visiting European Village and it seemed to be the only place around that had coffee. The coffee was excellent so we ordered dinner for five to take out. Everything was delicious and the service more than pleasant. A real treat! Thank you!

Went to Tram's Cafe because we really enjoy good pho. Reviews online were good so gave it a try.We ordered pho with beef and brisket and a bahn mi sandwich. The pho was served in medium to small plastic bowls. The broth had a little seasoning but otherwise was fairly bland and lacked any depth of beef and spice flavor. The usual condiments of thai basil, bean sprouts and sliced chiles came in a plastic bag.The bahn mi was toasted, mostly dry and bland.Service was adequate and basically perfunctory. The cafe appeared clean and was well lit.

We were really excited to try this place. The place was clean and had ample seating. The Boba we ordered was decent but not our favorite. The man at the register was incredibly rude and wouldn’t really clarify any questions we had about the menu and then when my 7yr old was trying to order and was having trouble deciding what flavor tea to get, instead of offering suggestions he very rudely told her to hurry up and decide. We will not be back if this is how they treat customers even more so children.

Our first visit to Tram’s Cafe and it sure did not disappoint!! We got 2 pho bowls with steak and brisket and they were perfect for a stormy Florida winter day. They are customizable with toppings and different sauces making it just to your liking. We also got the Honeydew Mike Tea boba which was delicious! Love having a place like this is Palm Coast! Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately won’t be back.. after being given the wrong Boba, she scooped it out and put my drink in a new cup. When it didn’t fill to the top, I watched her put straight sink water into the cup to fill my drink to the top. Also made me pay an extra dollar.. for sink water, worth going all the way to Daytona instead.

It is rare to find a good Vietnamese restaurant in Palm Coast but this business (in the European Village) is superb. They have a wide range of authentic SE Asian cuisine, and their prices and location are ideal. The drinks are varied and we haven't ever had a bad experience. The owners and staff are very capable and informative! They also have an excellent 'call ahead/ pickup' service.
