Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I am here visiting family and stopped in the cafe a few times this week. The smoothies were outstanding. The workers were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions well. I’ve never been there before so I had a lot because of so many options I am not used to. I read previous reviews before I went in and a few people did not like Pam. I could not disagree more. She was very friendly and helpful. She prepared my order quickly and it was delicious. I thought her attitude was what this store could thrive on.

My wife loves this place. Anytime she's in the mood for a smoothie, were going to get a chia seed boost.

I came into this restaurant friday morning. The food and staff were excellent but who I thought was the manager was very rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason at all. I think her name was PAM, no reason to be so disrespectful, if you cannot supply good customer service you should not be working in this environment. Staff was great tho and the restaurant was overall clean.

3 people are working and in their defense they are very busy. I love the food! The staff though, not all of them just the older lady that works there her name is PAM she's the manager and she is very rude to every customer that comes in and I don't think that she should be in customer service EVER! She complained the whole time we were there about all the orders that she had to make today, VERY VERY loudly. The hiring of this store needs to do better. If you do not like working with the public you should not have a job in customer service.

The manager lady is extremely rude. Her attitude was very off putting and seriously made me not want to come back. Love the food but the way she treats customers and her employees especially is disturbing.

Shift lead EMMA seemed agitated at her employees in plain view of the customers. With a shift lead position you would expect a lot more leadership or atleast do it behind closed doors..... will return as the food never disappoints.

Very friendly staff. Everyone is so happy. And always welcoming anyone that walks through that door. Fast and courteous service. I feel so good every time I enter and leave this location.

Tia was so helpful when I had to get 6 smoothies and had to decide for my clients what to bring. She made recommendations and my clients loved the picks! I appreciate going into an establishment and getting great customer service. Love this Palm

First time coming here and I went on a good day. Sunday was happy hour, 4.99 smoothies all day. No wait time to order and I enjoyed the smoothie and definitely the pb banana, honey and granola flatbread

Joyce was very rude to her workers, One girl seemed new and instead of trying to help her understand what to do. She was just rude and disrespecting her. The workers are sweet the manager needs to breathe.

10/10. I've never been here but today and the costumer service was amazing, food great and smoothie fantastic. Store was clean and stocked! Made me feel alittle more healthy about my food choices!
