This location offers discounted smoothies every Sunday which is great for my family of 5. Store was very clean and owners were there working and were very nice and appreciative of our patronage.

130 on Saturday afternoon one person in line in front of us first of all, they didn't take our order till 145! Then when I gave her the order and the coupon that came in my flyer yesterday to my mailbox, she said no we're not honoring them I said ma'am your address is right on it and it says good through April 30. She said, No the newspaper made a mistake we're not honoring them. This was very first time I've ever been in there and I guarantee you I will never never go back.

My wife was hired at palm coast 100 and quit after 2 weeks of working there. She was promised 30-35 a week. She worked 7 shifts and got 22 total hours during those 2 weeks. She would be scheduled 5 hours shifts and they forced her to take a half hour break because they said it is mandatory. She is 22 years old not 16. Who wants to goto work for a 5 hour shift and lose a half hour for a break? She had a 7 hour shift one day. After working 2 hours she was forced to take a half hour break because it was not busy and when she returned back from break there was no business so they told her to go home. So she was scheduled for 7 hours and worked only 2 hours and took a break. My wife was told she was not aloud to wear her wedding ring at work because it is unsanitary and it’s the law. But if you go to the other tropical smoothie in palm coast you will see employees wearing rings on every finger, dangling earrings, nose piercing’s, lip piercings, hair dyed all different colors and the best part they don’t even wear gloves. In the Sunshine State, there is no requirement for an employer to provide a meal period or rest break to its employees aged 18 or older. Instead, employers must adhere to the requirements of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), which also does not mandate a meal or rest break. If this tropical smoothie doesn’t let their employees to wear their wedding rings because it is unsanitary but the other tropical smoothies allow their employees to wear wedding rings then cooperate should get involved and resolve this matter. If this place is so concerned about sanitary employees should be wearing hair nets, mask to cover their nose and mouth, changing gloves everytime you touch a food item to avoid cross contamination and so on. Being forced to remove your wedding ring is disrespectful and being forced to take a half hour break working a 4 hour shift and you are 22 is degrading.

I am just leaving this location and have to leave a review. My wrap and smoothie were spot on! The Thai wrap was fantastic and avocado smoothie was better than any I have had at my previous locations. The reason I really wanted to leave a review was the service. The lady at the counter (tall with glasses) is fantastic. She was happy and positive and seemed to enjoy being there and making the guests happy. Customer service is a forgotten art and I wanted to let ownership know how lucky they are to have someone representing their brand the way she does. I will absolutely be back!!!

I swear I’m gonna try and eat a little more healthy. So I will be coming in here whenever I wanna eat out. I liked the peanut butter smoothie and the wrap I got. I’m fat so I wish it was a little bigger but still pretty good.

Really kind and attentive while taking my order! The manager also came out and asked how i was doing and was incredibly polite. My smoothie was great, and the chicken pesto sandwich was delicious! I’m surprised there’s any negative reviews at all, my experience was a 10/10

Nice and friendly staff and owners. My favorite place the last 8 years. Clean facilities. Smoothies are made to your liking. Sweetener alternatives are available if you are diabetic like me.

Worst customer service ever!!! I called to speak with the owner about a concern of mine and she said she didn't care. That if I didn't like it to not return. Guess what, I won't! I've never seen a store owner talk to a paying customer like that! .

Awful experienceWalked in and tried talking to the bald man behind the counter and he literally turned around and walked away as I was speaking to him. Another lady came out very uneasy and was seemingly annoyed and trying to rush me. I ordered a quesadilla and a smoothie, she didn't ask what size I wanted and just decided to charge me for the largest without even letting me correct her before running off and charging me.The smoothie was fine but nothing special at all, and the quesadilla was the biggest rip off I've ever seen, small, not filled, unflavorful, overpriced. Literally the worst. I don't recommend at all..

I used to absolutely love this TSC. But about a year and a half ago, things went downhill. Smoothies became very bland and flavorless. So we stopped going. It was a waste to pay $6-$8 dollars on a smoothie, just to have to throw it away. Well, a couple days ago, my daughter asked to go for a treat. I hoped their food had improved during the year and a half interim. NOPE. The only edible thing was the bag of chips. The dragonfruit smoothie tasted like weak banana ice. Absolutely no pineapple or mango. The sweet potatoes were maple flavored rubber pucks - that is, the few that weren’t full of rotten spots. But the hair mixed in was the biggest turnoff. They were out of the kale salad, so she said she would not “up charge” me to switch to the corn. Well, I wish I had gotten a second bag of chips instead. My daughter used to LOVE their corn. When I asked why she didn’t eat it, she said “it tastes like how cigarettes smell”. I didn’t think it could be that bad, so tried a bite - and nearly gagged. It tasted like soggy cigarette butts. We ended up throwing over $20 worth of food away, and then went to find another treat for my kid. I didn’t even bother to call them. I’m not interested in “credit”, as I do not ever plan to go back, and will discourage anyone I know from going. It makes me sad, as we used to love a weekly visit there.
