Ordered 3 "bacon double stacks" and a couple of drinks thru Door Dash. Between all 3 sandwiches there was not a single piece of bacon. Bacon is supposed to come standard on this sandwich! And of course I was charged for the bacon double stacks, when if you don't put the bacon on, I should be charged for a "double stack" which is .40¢ less per burger. It's not that difficult.

The food and service here are always good. Their best point for me is that their fries are ALWAYS HOT!! No other fast food place in St Augustine can consistently say that every time their fries are hot! Dad's burger and his strawberry shake were good also.

The food was delicious and they forgot an item one time but when I called about it they have me that item right away! Their manager Amber is awesome. I usually go later in the evening so it's kinda stinky with the smell of too many sweaty people but still clean! Either way the kids and I love Wendy's!

We arrived there at 10:10am, we were looking for lunch but it didn't start until 10:30 so we decided to wait. At 10:31 we ordered 6 Biggie bags and you would expect that everything would be hot. Well...... everything was barely even warm. Very big disappointment!

Apparently all Wendy's are following suit. If you try to dine in, they don't value you as a customer anymore. If you are not going through the drive in or using Uber eats they make you wait. Then they make your food horribly with missing ingredients.

Spent about 20 mins standing in front of the register... a bunch of people in the back just laughing having a good time, another employee in the dining room eating. The one guy in the video was the only 1 doing any work the whole time... we ended up leaving i expected the drive thru to be packed but there was just 1 car...

Terrible! I ordered a Single with everything except cheese & ketchup. But I got a burned mustard burger with pickles. How difficult is it to make a regular burger and leave off the ketchup??? Are they that stupid or do they just not care? What a waste - especially with the prices now! 4 people inside. But they wouldn't even take our order until the only other car drove off. So it wasn't because they were too busy or got our order confused. Of course we were already on I-95 when I opened it. Don't worry. I won't be back to that location. Save yourself & don't bother going to this one.
