Food was good hot & fresh, being 12 pm they were quite busy but got food out in a good amount of time, but the floors were disgusting so sticky, seems like they mop with dirty water, but beside that the store was clean & people were nice

Go here at least 2-3 times a week to get 4-6 Jr Cheeseburgers (patty and cheese only) for my spoiled goldendoodles and they’re always so nice and helpful.

Used the drive thru to get a Taco Salad, it all went down hill from here. Once we got home, uupacked the bag, looked like someone ate half of the food. The bag taco chips looked like a bag of crumbs, not even an oz of crumbs. The crackers included were stale, no sour cream, but there was some kind on brown creamy salsa that was peutread. Opened the half container of sald and found cold cooked corn on the top. The entire salad had a different tast form previous salads ordered form the same store. Threw out the salad, tried the chili next, looked like someone ate some of the chili; it also did not appear to have much meat in it, just some kind of brown liquid over beans. This was an excellent meal to eat if you were trying to loose weight, you will throw away the entire meal and go hungry.

This is the Wendy's in Ormond Beach I went through the drive-thru and asked for three different nugget sauces and got three of the same sauces.

Horrible and very unprofessional service. Just ordered through the app and both my sandwiches were made incorrectly. I called to speak to someone and the lady hangs up the phone on me and proceeds to forward my calls. What kind of business is this. Spent money on food I Won't even eat be eating now.
We waited for like 8 minutes at the counter before being helped, customers were ignored when they asked for their order to even be taken. Fries weren't even salted. For fast food this was the slowest service I've seen. Update: The buns were cold, as if It had just been taken out of the freezer. The only good thing we received were our fountain drinks.

I went to Wendy's in Palm Coast Fl. I got the Baconator. Thinking I love bacon. All I got was a 6 inch piece of bacon that was cut into 3 pieces. A person would expect that with the name Baconator, there would be more bacon. Very disappointing. With my craving for bacon, I also got the Baconator Fries. About 15 small fries covered with about 2 tablespoons of cheese sauce and another 6 inch piece of bacon cut in half layed on top. Another disappointment.
Parking: Plenty of parking. Since I won't be back to take up a space. A person would only think that at 5 pm., there should be more people than an empty parking lot and 2 cars at the drive thru.

Nuggets I got my grandson weren't even done. I tried the new sauced nuggets and there wasn't even sauce I had to go back up and request somebody to put sauce on it.... the nice kid at the register said they probably ran out and didn't want to open a new one. WOW If you're advertising something I guess you better have what your advertising or be prepared to make it. Haven't been to Wendy's in years and this just reassures me that I'm not missing anything.
